These used to be my go-to source for Omega 3s (I have since switched to a vegan source).
These fish oil pills did well to increase my energy, and it only took a few weeks to feel the effects. Since the modern western diet does not get enough omega 3s, I think supplementing them definitely helped me to feel better.
My only criticisms: they were rather large and not very easy to swallow. Also, sometimes they could cause burping. If you want a strong source of omega 3s, though, then I would choose this brand.

I’ve tried plenty of fish oil brands, but Viva Naturals is the first one I’m sticking with. The biggest selling point for me is the high potency—because the concentration of EPA and DHA is so high, I only have to take two softgels to get the same benefits that usually require four or five from other brands.
The quality is top-notch; they use triple-strength triglyceride form for better absorption, and I haven’t experienced any of those dreaded “fishy burps” or a weird aftertaste. It’s also reassuring to see they are third-party tested for purity.
If you’re tired of swallowing a handful of horse pills every morning just to get your Omega-3s, this is the perfect solution. Great value, high quality, and much more convenient!

TL;DR: No fishy taste, smooth softgels, and one of the few omega oils that actually gives you high absorption without the uncertainty of cheaper blends.
I switched to this fish oil because I wanted something with real strength and real purity instead of the usual low dose blends. What makes this one stand out right away is the re esterified triglyceride form. That’s the form your body uses most naturally, so you’re not wasting doses or hoping it absorbs. It settles easily in my stomach, and there’s no aftertaste at all. For something this strong, that surprised me. The EPA and DHA levels are much higher than what I was getting before, and the softgels go down without any trouble. It feels like the kind of supplement you choose when you’re trying to keep your heart and mind supported in a steady way instead of just taking whatever is cheapest on the shelf.
The purity testing is a huge part of why I chose this over Nature Made. I wanted something with clear, third party validation instead of just trusting a label, and this one checks every box. IFOS certified, sustainable sourcing, and real heavy metal testing laid out plainly. That gives me peace of mind when I’m taking something daily for long term support. The blend of sardines, anchovies, and mackerel feels clean and never hits with that fishy repeat some oils have. I also like that the formula includes DPA, which a lot of brands skip even though it plays a role in the body’s omega balance. Everything about the product feels intentional and well thought out.
What I appreciate most is how steady it feels day to day. No heaviness, no discomfort, just a calm inclusion into my routine that makes me feel like I’m actually supporting myself instead of checking a box. That’s the difference between something thrown together cheaply and something designed with real care. This bottle definitely falls in the second category.
Tip: Take every other day. You still get the benefit but double your money!
Hope this helps! =)

I’ve been taking Viva Naturals Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil for a few weeks now and I’m honestly pretty happy with it. I like that it’s a high-potency formula, so I don’t have to take a bunch of pills to get a good dose of omega-3s. Just a couple capsules and I’m set for the day.
One thing I really appreciate is that there’s no strong fishy smell or aftertaste. I’ve tried other fish oil supplements before and the fish burps were awful…. i haven’t had that issue with these at all. The capsules are a bit on the larger side, but they go down easy with water.
I mainly take these for general health and joint support, and so far I feel good overall. It’s also nice knowing they’re purified and from a brand that seems pretty reputable. If you’re looking for a solid omega-3 supplement that’s easy to take and doesn’t taste gross, this one’s worth trying.

I’ve been taking Viva Naturals Omega‑3 daily for about 2 months, usually with breakfast, to support my heart and joint health. The softgels are on the larger side but still easy for me to swallow, and I really appreciate that there’s little to no fishy aftertaste or ‘fish burps’ afterward.
What I like most is the high omega‑3 content per serving, so I don’t have to take a bunch of capsules to get a meaningful dose.
Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a strong omega‑3 fish oil that’s easy on the stomach and doesn’t leave a lingering fishy taste. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to add omega‑3s to their routine, as long as they’re comfortable swallowing larger softgels.

The product is genuinely the best I have come across with no sticky gel capsules unlike others, not smelly well preserved, I didn’t have any side effects like burps mentioned in some reviews, however was consuming a lower dose of 1 capsule a day, definitely has and have witnessed positive effect on the overall health of the body post consumption for around 2months now. Was a bit concerned reading some concerning reviews out here, however trying it out my self has put an end to all such concerns.a definite go for trusted product I mus say.

No GI side effects at all.

I cut these open and put them on my dogs food since Omega 3d are recommended by my vet. He LOVES the taste of them. They are expensive but seem high quality and you get 180 so that’s a big bottle! Giving him 1 a day will last me 6mos so is well worth the price. They don’t have a strong smell or after any after taste. I have not seen any side effects in him and he does seem to have increased energy. The gel capsules are large but I tried them and they were easy for me to swallow.
Naifa –
I liked it most because I don’t feel any taste or smell after using it and nothing happens to my body like stomach pain, or nausea. The capsule size is little bit large however I can swallow it easily.
