They’re huge pills, but they go down surprisingly easy. I used to have a fear of that, but I don’t anymore, thanks to these.

I really like this Nordic Naturals Omega-3. The best part for me is zero fishy taste or aftertaste — no burps, nothing. You just take it and move on with your day.
The capsules are fairly large, I take two in the morning, but they’re easy to swallow and don’t cause any discomfort. The bottle is big (180 softgels), so it lasts a long time.
I take Omega-3 because my diet isn’t always perfect and for overall health. I also have PCOS, so this supplement is part of my routine. I trust Nordic Naturals because their fish oil is purified and made from wild-caught fish.
