These are fine, they are large, but I have no trouble swallowing them. No burp or fish taste. The only down side is I see no reference to testing for Mercury, I would really like to see a number for that. I started taking after a recommendation that it will help reduce triglycerides numbers and indirectly help correct the particle size of my cholesterol.

Very satisfied with this fish oil. The capsules are easy to take and I don’t get any fishy aftertaste or burps, which is a big plus. The quality feels high and I like that it’s sourced from wild fish. Will keep using it.

Great value, very fast delivery, great package and quality. I’m taking this Omega with my boyfriend a couple of weeks and we really like it, it has no so much fish odor. For me it’s mandatory to take it, price is great considering I don’t live in the states!

I’ve gone through several omega-3 supplements over the past couple of years, and this one from Sports Research stands out as one of the better options. The burpless formula is legit — I don’t get any fishy burps or aftertaste, which was a big issue with cheaper brands I tried before. The softgels are easy to swallow and go down smoothly.
What I like most is the triple strength. Each 1250mg softgel delivers a good amount of EPA and DHA from wild Alaskan Pollock, so I only need to take one per day. It’s convenient and feels like a higher-quality product compared to the standard ones.
I started taking it mainly for general health support — heart, brain, and joints. After a couple of months, I’ve noticed some positive changes. My grandma has been taking it too, and she mentioned that her joint pain has noticeably decreased, which has made her more comfortable during the day. That alone made it worth it for our family.
The 180-count bottle gives good value and lasts a long time. Overall, it’s a reliable supplement that does what it promises without any unpleasant side effects. I’ll definitely keep using it and recommend it to others looking for a clean, effective omega-3 supplement.

I’ve been using the Sports Research® Omega-3 Fish Oil 1250 every day for the past few months, and I have to say, it’s one of those supplements that I’ve actually stuck with. I’ve tried a few fish oils in the past, and honestly, they were either hard to swallow, left a nasty aftertaste, or just didn’t feel like they were doing much. But this one? It ticks off all the boxes for me.
First off, the soft gels are super easy to swallow — no weird aftertaste or fishy burps like I’ve gotten with other brands. That’s honestly a game-changer because I hate that gross feeling you sometimes get with fish oil. I usually take mine in the morning with breakfast, and it just feels like a simple, no-fuss way to support my overall health.
I’ve definitely noticed a positive difference since I started taking it. Whether it’s a boost in my overall energy or just feeling a bit more “on top of things,” it’s become part of my daily routine that I don’t mind sticking to. Plus, knowing that it’s a high-quality option makes me feel good about the supplement I’m taking.
If you’re someone who’s been hesitant about fish oil or had bad experiences with other brands, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try. It’s been great for me!!

DHA is for brain health, and EPA is for lowering triglycerides, which also helps lower your VLDL cholesterol. That is important to understand. This product has a lot more EPA than DHA, which is the opposite of most Omega-3 products. So, you have to understand WHY you are taking it, and what your goals are. If you want protection for brain health, they make other products that are higher in DHA. This one is much higher in EPA, which is why I chose it. This particular product is also advertised as triple strength, and it does in fact have a LOT more EPA than most products, including their algae based vegan version. FYI – chia seeds, walnuts, etc contain ALA, which the body converts to EPA. However, for most people, that conversion rate is only between 4-8%, which means it is very difficult to eat enough of those foods to get a therapeutic amount of either DHA or EPA from those foods alone, although every little bit helps. And, those foods have a LOT of other beneficial nutrients, such as (chia) all 8 essential amino acids, tons of fiber and protein, etc.

I’ve been taking Sports Research® Omega-3 Fish Oil 1250 daily for a few months now, and it’s honestly one of the supplements I actually stick with. I was looking for a fish oil that was easy to swallow, didn’t leave a horrible aftertaste, and actually delivered on quality — this one checks all those boxes.
Right away, I noticed that the soft gels are easy to take, and I don’t get any fishy burps afterward (which is a huge plus for me). I take mine in the morning with breakfast, and it just feels like a simple, consistent way to support my overall health.

This has been an easy 5-star product for me. I’ve been using this Sports Research Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil for about a year now after it was recommended by several friends, and it’s become part of my daily routine. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I really appreciate that they’re sourced from wild Alaskan pollock and refined to be burpless with no fishy aftertaste. The triple-strength formula means I only need one softgel a day to get a strong dose of EPA and DHA for heart, brain, and immune support, which is a big plus compared to brands that require multiple capsules.
Overall, it feels like a high-quality, well-tested product from a brand that takes purity and potency seriously, and I’m confident continuing to use it long term.
