These fish oil supplements are easy to swallow and don’t have a fishy aftertaste like some brands I’ve tried. I trust Nature Made and feel good about their ingredients.

My previous primary doctor recommended I start taking fish oil about 5 years ago. This is the brand I’ve taken since then. It’s easy to take and it doesn’t upset my stomach. It’s also reasonably priced as well.

I have been taking the Nature Made Fish Oil Omega-3 supplement for a while now, and I must say I am pretty satisfied with the product as a whole. The soft-gels are a decent size to swallow daily, and I have not encountered the fishy taste or burbs that sometimes come with other omega-3 supplements.
I’m taking it mostly for overall heart and brain health benefits, and I feel comfortable knowing that I’m replenishing the EPA & DHA into my body daily. The product appears to be of good quality, and the ingredients are simple to understand, which is a definite bonus for me. While I haven’t seen any miraculous changes (ie, the next day), I do feel that I have continuous energy levels when I’m taking this supplement versus when I’m not.
The bottle will last a while, and it does seem to be worth the price. If you’re looking for a good, reliable Omega-3 supplement that doesn’t have a fishy smell or taste, then this one works.

This supplement is a great quality product with no fishy taste or smell. This is one of the better priced nutrients for what it provides. The supplement is not super easy to swallow for those that are not used to taking pills (see photos – M&M for scale) but it works great for heart health, among other things!

I’ve been taking various supplements for years, but I’ve never been as impressed with a fish oil supplement as I am with Nature Made Fish Oil 1200 mg Softgels. This product has completely exceeded my expectations and has truly become a staple in my daily routine. As someone who is very focused on maintaining overall health and wellness, I can confidently say that this fish oil supplement has provided numerous benefits, particularly for heart health.
Exceptional Quality & Sourcing
First and foremost, I love that Nature Made is a trusted brand that focuses on high-quality ingredients. The fish oil in these softgels is sourced from wild-caught fish, which is always reassuring to me as a consumer. I appreciate that the product is made with sustainable practices, and it is verified by the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), ensuring that I’m getting a pure and effective product. There’s nothing more important to me than knowing I’m putting something clean and safe into my body, and Nature Made provides that assurance.
Outstanding Heart Health Benefits
The main reason I decided to incorporate fish oil into my routine is for its numerous health benefits, particularly for heart health. These softgels are packed with 1200 mg of fish oil, providing 360 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) per softgel, which is an ideal amount for supporting cardiovascular health. Since I started using them, I’ve noticed improvements in my overall heart health and circulation. I feel more energetic, and I believe this supplement has contributed to keeping my cholesterol levels in check as well. I’m grateful that this product has such a well-established reputation for supporting heart health.
No Fishy Aftertaste – Easy to Take
One of the things that I absolutely love about these softgels is that they don’t leave me with that unpleasant fishy aftertaste that other fish oil supplements tend to give. In the past, I’ve tried other brands, but I could never get past the fishy burps or lingering taste, which made it hard for me to stick with them. With Nature Made Fish Oil, I haven’t had any issues. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t cause any aftertaste, even if I take them on an empty stomach. This is a huge plus for me!
Improved Joint and Brain Health
Beyond heart health, I’ve noticed positive changes in other areas of my wellness since starting these softgels. I’ve experienced reduced joint stiffness, and I feel more flexible than I have in a while. As someone who is active and enjoys working out, this is a huge benefit. Fish oil is also known for supporting brain health, and while it’s difficult to measure the exact cognitive benefits, I do feel sharper and more focused throughout the day. I find that I can concentrate better at work and feel more mentally alert, which I attribute to the omega-3s in this supplement.
Convenient and Long-Lasting Supply
Each bottle of Nature Made Fish Oil 1200 mg Softgels contains 100 softgels, which is a 50-day supply. I love that this provides me with nearly two months of daily servings without needing to constantly reorder. The packaging is easy to open, and the softgels themselves are a great size – not too large but not too small, making them easy to swallow. I take one softgel a day, and it fits seamlessly into my daily routine without any hassle.
Affordable and Value for Money
Given the high-quality ingredients and the reputation of the brand, I find this fish oil supplement to be a fantastic value for money. Nature Made products tend to be priced competitively, and the benefits I’ve experienced with this product are well worth the investment. I feel that the 1200 mg dosage is an optimal amount, and it provides me with everything I need in a daily supplement to support my health. Considering that a bottle lasts me 50 days, I feel that I’m getting excellent value without having to spend a lot.
Trustworthy Brand with Consistent Results
What I appreciate most about Nature Made is that they are a brand I can rely on. I’ve been using their products for years, and they’ve never let me down. Their fish oil supplements are no exception. I trust that I’m getting a pure, effective product every time I order. They have a long-standing reputation for quality, and I’ve never experienced any negative side effects from their fish oil, which is a big deal for me. The fact that this product is also backed by the USP Verified seal gives me peace of mind that I’m taking a supplement that has been rigorously tested for quality and purity.
Overall: Highly Recommend!
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Nature Made Fish Oil 1200 mg Softgels to anyone looking to support their heart, joint, and brain health with a reliable and high-quality supplement. Whether you’re new to taking fish oil or are looking for a brand that consistently delivers great results, this product ticks all the boxes. The high-quality fish oil, easy-to-swallow softgels, and fantastic value make this a standout choice in the world of dietary supplements. If you’re looking for an effective, affordable, and trustworthy omega-3 supplement, this is the one to try! I’ll definitely continue to use it and will keep purchasing it as part of my daily health regimen.

Juan Bonilla –
I started taking this fish oil as part of my daily routine, mainly to support my training, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. Over time, I’ve noticed better recovery after workouts and less joint stiffness, especially on heavier training days. It’s easy to take and doesn’t upset my stomach, which is a big plus.
What I like most is how consistent it feels—nothing extreme, just steady improvement in how my body responds at the gym. Nature Made is a brand I trust, and this supplement fits perfectly into a balanced fitness routine. If you train regularly and want simple, reliable support, this is definitely worth trying.

I did some research and they said this was one of the top brands for lab tested, and affordable prices. I burp a little fishy if I dont take with food. The gel tablets are on the larger side. I will order these unless I find some smaller ones that are equivalent. I recommend.
