Added this to my list of anti-inflammatory supplements after doing a bit of research. I found these to be high quality, higher dose omega 3 pills. The pills are the normal, large fish oil sized pills. They do have a slight odor and taste, but do go down easy. The fish burps do kick in after about an hour but I honestly don’t see how you can take fish oil and not have any sort of aftertaste. These are great for someone who is looking for heart health, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory supplements!

I trust Nutricost and use couple of their other supplements, so I decided to give their Omega a try as well, so far it’s good. It does leave a bit of a fisy taste in my mouth for a while after taking it, but that happens with most omegas so I don’t really mind. Overall i am happy with the product.

I’ve started taking fish oil supplements for health support, as I’ve been performing higher intensity and longer exercise sessions at the gym. Omega-3 Fatty acids have been shown to combat inflammation, promote healthier cardiovascular function, and aid in other vita metabolic processes. I’ve tried other brands of Omega-3 supplements in the past, but this one really is the best in terms of cost and quality!
I generally take 3 capsules with a meal with some type of fat in it to support better digestion of the oils. It is vital that with this or any other product that you take it with a meal containing a fat to help better absorb it. The pills are not too large, and they offer a large amount of DHA and EPA, so people who do intensive workout training can reach daily levels of Omega-3 supplementation. If you aren’t an athlete, and just looking for general supplementation, you can definitely take less than the recommended amount, which will make the product last much longer!
The capsules have no fishy or oily smell. The capsules come very well packaged in a sealed bottle. One issue I have found with this Omega-3 supplement, as well as with every other I’ve tried, is that it does cause Fishy tasting burps. I’ve found that freezing the capsules and taking them right out of the freezer helps prevent this side effect from happening.
Over all i’d highly recommend this product as an Omega-3 supplementation for athletes, and for your general health.

Omega 3 oils from fish are ideal supplements but those that ARE NOT labeled EPA (and that’s NOT the environmental protection agency) for REAL fish oil give you a better price but an inferior product as they use oils from other sources. These are the genuine article at a reasonable price.

I have been taking Nutricost Omega 3 Fish Oil 2500MG for several months, and it has become a key part of my daily routine. The main reason I use it is to support recovery from weight lifting exercises. The EPA and DHA in fish oil help reduce inflammation, which can aid in muscle recovery, minimize post-workout soreness, and support overall joint comfort. I have noticed a real difference in how my muscles feel the day after intense workouts.
Beyond exercise recovery, I also take it for overall health. Fish oil supports cardiovascular health by helping maintain healthy cholesterol levels, blood pressure, and heart function. It supports brain function, cognitive health, and mental clarity. Omega-3s provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits that can help reduce general inflammation throughout the body. Regular use may also support eye health and mood balance.
The value of this product is excellent. The bottle contains a large number of capsules at a high potency, making it easy to stay consistent without overspending. The capsules are easy to swallow and I have not experienced any fishy aftertaste or reflux, which can be an issue with other brands.
I trust Nutricost as a brand and use many of their products, including vitamins and other supplements for daily wellness. Their consistency, transparency in labeling, and quality control give me confidence that I am taking safe and effective supplements. Knowing I can rely on a brand I trust makes maintaining a daily routine much easier.
Pros include the high dosage of EPA and DHA, multiple health benefits, clear labeling, good capsule quality, and cost-effectiveness. Cons are minimal but include the capsule size, which may be slightly large for those who have difficulty swallowing pills, and the effects are gradual, so consistent use is necessary to notice benefits.
Overall, Nutricost Omega 3 Fish Oil 2500MG is a high-quality, affordable supplement that supports post-workout recovery, joint comfort, heart, brain, and eye health, and overall wellness. It fits easily into my daily routine and feels like a reliable part of maintaining long-term health.

This omega 3 supplement seems to be good quality and offers a strong dosage per serving. The softgels are easy to swallow and I didn’t notice a strong fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus. Nutricost usually provides good value for the price, and this bottle lasts a good amount of time. Overall a solid option if you’re looking for a simple omega 3 supplement.

They are really high quality; barely any odor or digestive sides. Joints feel more lubricated and they are easy to swallow.
