Happy with product…capsule which ilike

I was looking for an Omega-3 supplement for a long time and finally chose this one based on its good reviews and reasonable price for 100 softgels. I also liked that you only need to take two capsules once a day, which is convenient for me.
A big plus for me is that the capsules have no unpleasant fishy smell or aftertaste, which I’ve experienced with other brands. I’ve only been using it for a short time, so it’s too early to comment on the long-term health benefits. My main observation so far is that the softgels are quite large and can be a bit challenging to swallow.
I’ll try to update this review in a few months after consistent use.

Omega -3 is essential for good health. Now Omegas are as good as any for the price.

High-quality omega-3 supplement with a good balance of EPA and DHA. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong fishy aftertaste. I like that it’s molecularly distilled for purity and supports heart health. A reliable, well-trusted option for daily cardiovascular support.

It’s a good supplement, 3ed party tested, gives you the minimum but for the price it’s very good.

If you have discarded all sources of Omega-6 following a lot of bad press against this PUFA,
taking high dose (even 1 + 1 caps a day) Omega-3 may cause some inflammation. So, taking Now Foods Omega-3 while incorporating some source of Omega-6 from whole and natural food, but not from refined vegetable oils, for balance, will show great results. That’s my personal experience.
For those whose concern is especially EPA and DHA and not any mix of vitamins etc. should opt for Now Omega-3.
A few words of caution.
The softgels are real massive in size, almost an inch long and nearly a centimetre thick in the middle. So, make sure your oesophageal track is not dry when you are going to take the softgel.
While taking with food is a good idea, make sure your meal is not heavy, lest you will soon after the meal get your Now Foods Omega-3 softgel back in the mouth. And when that happens, you surely will not like the mushy fishy thing it will have gotten converted into by then.
Omega-3 seems not to be for all. Some people who congenitally or as a result of some medication, have thin blood, should definitely consult their doctor before taking Omega-3.
I have on my record some women complaining abnormally heavy menstruation following just a single dose of Omega-3.
All said, I find Now Foods Omega-3 far better compared to at least one other brand very popular on Amazon.
Now Foods Omega-3 seems to have been manufactured in its original facility in the US. Surely the quality and standard will continued to be maintained, unless of course they don’t start manufacturing it in India. Hopefully that will never happen.

Got these about 2 weeks ago and I feel so much more focus. Take 1 in the morning. For the price of the vitamins is a great item to have

I’m biased. I like NOW products. Hubby has high cholesterol and we do the natural red yeast rice, omega, & coQ10. We haven’t had any bad side effects or any issues with any of the multiple NOW products we use. I feel it’s a reputable company when supplements can claim anything and there’s no oversite. FYI, Canada regulates their supplements so their products are exactly what the label says. I just can’t afford them anymore and I feel NOW may be the next best thing.
