These were easy to put on. Instructions were easy to follow. While I did feel some support for my sore knee, it wasn’t enough. For me, I think bigger strips of kinesiology tapes work better.

I love the idea behind this kinesiology tape. It’s the perfect cut for the type of knee support that I need. The blue color is great. The fit is good. It’s easy to apply. It’s thin, it’s very comfortable when it’s on, and the adhesive does not leave residue on my skin when I remove it.
That’s where the usefulness ends for me. I apply the tape to clean skin at least an hour before exercise and I don’t readjust it, but the adhesive does not stick to my skin for long. I don’t even have to be sweating for the kinesiology tape to peel off my leg. It hasn’t made it through 20 minutes of tennis, let alone the 90 minutes I usually play at a time. If it were to adhere, it would be an amazing value for the money. As it stands, this tape doesn’t work for me.

I utilize kt tape during endurance activities or minor injuries to help support my body. I’ve used a variety of brands and usually just use a generic roll that I cut to size. With these knee tapes, it was nice to get a precut shape which saves me time and makes it more portable because I don’t need scissors. I would say these are slightly on the larger size and so to maintain the tension I want, I had to stretch and cover more skin. Functionally not much of a problem, just a bit more weird aesthetically and then not fun having to remove and peel off. The durability was good and it did not come off throughout the day. Also seemed similar to normal tape and did not cause any irritation issues for me. Overall, good for convenience and portability if you don’t need the customization.

It feels comfortable and I feel real support on my knee I like this tape it is precut and that is a plus…. I been using kinesiology tape before and I have to cut it sometimes I dont have time for that or cut it wrong to long or either to short ….. this tape is very stretchy and long enough to wrap my knee as u can see in the picture
