If I could give this tape more than five stars, I would!! The ‘stick’ is AWESOME (better than the very expensive Rock Tape) and allows me to wear the tape for more than a week even with daily showers. Absolutely WONDERFUL. I’ve always purchased the pre-cut strips but think I might branch out to trying the non-precut tape.

I use it for my ankle and I have used it for my knee. Amazing how it works better than a bulky brace. YOU MUST LEARN HOW TO APPLY IT PROPERLY.

I’ve been really impressed with this Ckeep kinesiology tape! It’s strong, flexible, and sticks well without irritating my skin. I use it both for its intended purpose—to support muscles and joints—and also in a creative way: to gently lift and smooth my face at night.
It holds well but still removes easily without leaving residue, which makes it perfect for sensitive skin. I love that it’s breathable and stays comfortable even overnight. It’s rare to find a product that’s both durable and gentle, and this one really delivers!
Definitely a great buy for athletes, active people, or anyone looking for a little extra support (or an unconventional beauty trick!).

This item is such an awesome item bought it for my knee as time from time I need tons to swell up it feels like I have somebody holding my knee snug. Without having to wear a uncomfortable hot sweaty brace. Definitely helped me relieve pain and swollen feeling in my knee. I love black so I’m all for the color. I will say this is waterproof I have showered with this I’ve worked out with these after a couple days yes they do get worn out but they are stuck on there when I first used them in order to take off one of the tapes I pulled a little bit of my skin of how good the adhesive is. And the only reason I was taking it off was because it looked a little bit more worn out but mind you I have been doing so much with them on. So I would recommend when tugging a little bit and you feel that the adhesive is on there still pretty good using something maybe baby oil or soapy water to kind of slowly take it off to avoid any kind of skin irritation other than that great buy!

I like the color of the tape and it comes pre-cut with round edges and easy to tear off strips. It it is really sticky and leaves a residue on the hands that takes a bit more oil to get off, it will take time to remove take your time. Be careful.

This is such a lifesaver for long days at work as a flight attendant. I tell so many coworkers this is the trick to get through the 12 hour days! I tape snuggly just under the toes around the ball of my feet and my feet don’t get tired or start hurting. This tape is so good that you can carefully unpeel it and use it again but I usually keep the same tape (which you can shower in and it dries FAST) for 2-3 day trips! I’m all about saving a buck & this is a good price, worth every cent for saving your feet! I’m 67…this matters! You’re welcome.

Good quality but difficult to remove. This tape is strong and stays in place. However, when I tried to remove it at the end of the day it took some of my skin with it causing a rash and extreme sensitivity. I was surprised because this was after swimming in a warm pool for over an hour. I never thought I had sensitive skin, but the adhesive on this tape is more than I needed.

THE best KT tape. Great texture, stretch, stability, and adhesion. Using to support teen volleyball player’s Osgood-Schlatter and it is working like a dream. Super reliable, easy to use, and definitely helps her pain. Bought another brand at the same time at my local store and it was an absolute joke and got returned right away. I’ll continue buying this as long as it’s being made.
