Love the single piece of tape for the knee but the bottom piece is not stretchy at all so you can’t create tension across the bottom of the knee. The top pieces function like normal KT tape. It still works well but not as durable in water.

Keep this in mind. I used them in July — hot July in MN. When I first put them on, they felt so comfortable. My knee felt better than it had for ages. The pain greatly eased up. However, being in the low 90s brought sweat. They don’t work well in sweat; neither do I. Anyhow, now that we’re looking toward 70s soon, I can’t wait to try them again. I did buy something similar but material and velcro. That I haven’t found that as comfortable or my knee as stable as I did with the IEADEN Kinesiology Tape. I will go back to it in a couple weeks and try it again. Looking forward to that!

Quick and easy to use. Sometimes the backing isnt cut all the way through. Make sure skin is clean and dry before applying.

I bought this for my neighbor who is having a knee replacement at the end of the month. She has barely been able to walk until she got this tape. The functionality of this tape to relieve knee pain is GREAT! The only reason why I gave it 5 stars is that the adhesive caused her to break out and she even got some water blisters, so I had to send it back. The doctor will not operate with any open wounds, so she was absolutely unable to use them. Otherwise, it was a magic fix to giving her the ability to walk with way less pain. It’s worth a try if you have knee pain.
