I have been struggling with knee pain for months. It is a slow healing process. These supports are very thin and work for helping to stabilize my alignment while also serving as a gentle reminder that if I try to do too much, I’m going to hurt.
Be aware these are NOT the medical grade tapes a physical therapist uses and they will not restrict any movement. If you have mild discomfort and are pretty far along in the healing process, they do the job. I do not recommend if your pain/injury is new, or causes severe discomfort.
They stay stuck pretty well on clean, dry skin. No experience with stick-ability on hairy areas. Take care and kindness matters.

I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with these.
The good:
– They offer great support
– they are legit the only exercise strips I have found that don’t start to peel the second. I put them on/and put workout leggings on over them.
– They actually last more than one workout/day, even after a swim
The less good
– As another reviewer noted, they do sometimes leave a bit of goo behind, which is less than ideal
– They might be pre-cut, but I still end up cutting them into three pieces just because it seems easier to put them on. That’s probably more user error than anything.
All in all, well, not perfect, I’ve been pretty happy. I’ve been participating in multiple sprint triathlons/training with these with good success for the entire duration. I’m still looking for a non-bulky alternative to tape, but until that magical device comes to fruition, this will continue to be my new go to.

I have used KT tape for years and thought I would give this brand a try. Unfortunately, the product does not meet the standards of the KT tape. It did help with pain relief, just would not hold in the shower or long periods of time. I like the strips for ease of use instead of having to cut my own strips.

Tough to place properly for me. The biggest issue was the glue- it sis not keep the tape on my knee but it stuck to my skin after I’m using soap, bleach, and alcohol- I even shaved my legs around my knee at it still was on my skin. Not sure why it does not keep the tape on but having the glue on my knees kept me in pants for over a month

Works well but there should be an instructional video for application. I had a heck of a time getting it to go on without “lumps”.

Tried these but they stretch when removing from packaging and hard to fit in the right position.

Great item, but the ends of the tapes need to stick better. The top ends that go on thigh don’t stick very well. Have to end up cutting the ends off of the one side. Defeats the purpose of support when only one part of the tape can be used. Once these are done, will have to look into other brands.

Updated from 2-4 stars: The convenience is worth it! The strips for the knee stretch enough but they only last 2-days whereas KT Tape lasts 4-days.
