Will not repurchase this product. The material is way too thin to make a difference in the knee. It is also hard to apply without the tape becoming stuck to itself. If you can get them on correctly, they come off during the 1st night of sleeping. I will return to the brand I previously purchased and/or buy KT tape at sports or pharmacy stores.

Great quality and easy to apply. They do stay on really well and last all day. Provides good support. We also used them on a shoulder and they worked well

Very thin and very hard to apply. The parts stick together before you get it on your skin. They’re not multi colored as in the photos. They do help to if you are able to get one on without ruining it.

I used this kinesiology tape for my knees during workouts, and it worked really well.
The pre-cut strips make it simple to apply, and the adhesive stays secure even through sweat and movement. It provides nice support without feeling restrictive, and the material is soft and breathable.
The best features are the easy application, the flexibility of the tape, and the fact that it’s latex-free and gentle on the skin. It holds up well for a full day of activity without peeling.
One small drawback is that removing it can tug a little if applied directly to hair, so trimming before use helps.
Overall this is a reliable, comfortable tape that gives great knee support for exercise or recovery. I would recommend it for athletes or anyone dealing with mild knee pain or strain.

The precut shape is convenient and the tape is easy to apply, but the adhesive doesn’t last long — especially if you sweat or move a lot. It works fine for light activity or short-term support, but starts peeling off after a few hours. Not bad for the price, but I was expecting better hold and durability.

These are easy to apply especially with them being precut and stay on. Have helped my knees dramatically. Very good quality.

Horrible tape. The tape itself will noy hice a hood stretch. The adhesive is terrible as well. Cut outs do not allow enough true resistance before the tape starts to fail. Very little stretch overall. The first one failed in less than 30 minutes before coming off. At best you might get to a 25% stretch. Nothing near the 50 – 75% needed for joint stability of the knee.
