Thorne really delivers, top-tier quality as always.
The capsules are clean, with no weird or unpleasant taste. You might notice some burping or gas, but it’s mild and not surprisingly not fishy or gross, definitely better than my previous experiences.
Just a heads up: fishy stools can happen, but that’s pretty normal with oil-based supplements, not a flaw in the product itself.
The capsules are on the larger side, but they go down smoothly once you get used to them. Overall… I’m going to keep this on my regimen.

My doctor recommended these specifically, she takes them too, and so far I guess they are good. I mean, I don’t really feel a difference in myself BUT they seem to be high quality, they are tasteless and they don’t have a nasty smell. 4 stars only because I don’t really know if they are “working”.

Love this product. It does not leave any fishy aftertaste at all. This rates 9.69 out of 10 on the SuppCo app. If you take supplements, you need this app. It’s a great way to see the safety and quality of all the supplements you are taking. I have gone the supplement route for Menopause and this has been great for me. The app, also, was a game changer. Cheap is not always better, and what you think maybe expensive, you can find a better price for the quality stuff!!

Thorne is an excellent brand. High quality supplements. I’ve used this and quite a few others from Thorne and can tell you this is a trusted brand. Worth paying a little extra for something you know is good quality especially when it comes to supplements. These are not hard to swallow, btw, and I do have trouble swallowing pills. They are kinda big but go down easily. No taste either.

I take it daily as part of my routine mainly for general health (joint support and overall wellness), and one of the first things I noticed is that there’s no strong fishy aftertaste or “burps,” which has been an issue for me with other brands. These go down easily, and I haven’t had any stomach discomfort.
The softgels are a moderate size — not tiny, but still easy enough to swallow with water. I also appreciate that the fish is sustainably sourced and that the product is third-party tested. That gives a bit more confidence in the quality and purity, especially with something you’re taking regularly.

No horrible taste or upset stomach. No instant effects but of course over time definitely feel as if I am able to obtain more knowledge as I’ve been taking this for a few months now! Definitely worth every penny when it comes to health!
