One of my favorite products! So much so, I buy it in the four pack. 90+ year old Dad lives with us and ALL his bloodwork is always GREAT since taking liquid vitamins I buy off Amazon. Dad likes the taste so I don’t have issues with getting him to take vitamins. Just terrific!

Love this product! Tastes fine and easy to use. When I remember to take it I split up the dose and take it twice a day because your body doesn’t process more than 500mg of Calcium at a time. It calls for 2ml but I take 1 twice a day.

After putting this device through its paces for a few weeks, I have come to the conclusion that it has a number of commendable qualities, most notably in terms of its utility and efficiency. I made the decision to give this supplement a go since I was seeking a solution to address a number of health concerns, including insomnia, bone health, and leg cramps. That being said, I believe that this supplement was an excellent decision in general. A big decrease in the leg cramps that I had throughout the night, which had been a persistent issue for me, particularly after I had exercised, was something that I observed. In addition, I noticed an improvement in the quality of my sleep; I was able to fall asleep more quickly and wake up between the hours of midnight and morning. Although it was not a significant shift, it was sufficient to influence the way I felt throughout the day in a way that was evident. On the whole, I had a greater sense of relaxation, which may have played a role in my improved sleep.

This supplement has been amazing! I’ve been using it for a little while now, and it totally helps me relax; especially at night. I fall asleep more easily and feel like I’m getting deeper, more restful sleep. It’s also helped reduce my leg cramps, which I used to get often.
As a bonus, I’ve noticed my skin looking healthier too! I love that it combines magnesium, calcium, zinc, and other vitamins with calming ingredients like L-theanine and sea moss extract. The liquid formula is easy to take, and I appreciate that it’s vegan and clean. Definitely a new favorite in my wellness routine!

I bought this because honestly I hate taking pills. I needed to increase my magnesium, but just didn’t want to swallow anything. I love the lemon flavor. So many flavored supplements like drops and gummies have a raspberry, which I do not like at all. It was refreshing to have a different flavor.
However, I still continued to experience foot and leg cramps. The frequency of the cramps were somewhat less, but not as significantly reduced as expected compared to when I would take a capsule or tablet form of magnesium.
I do like the additional vitamins and minerals that are included, but it doesn’t override the reason I got the supplement to begin with.
