   I recently sprained my knee. The configuration of frozen material with a velvety finish made it very comfortable. The velcro straps made it convenient to apply. An excellent price, speedy delivery and quality materials helped this item to speed my recovery. 5 stars.

   This works well. I use it directly from the freezer on my knees. There’s no water leaking out and it does its job. The velour on the inside is really good. It retains ice for my duration, which is 20 mins. It’s not too heavy and the straps keep it secure whilst in use. The size is suitable for any adult because you have the straps to tighten accordingly. The 2 resealable bags are the same bags you use for storing them in the fridge/freezer. After icing my knees feels good. It’s best to do this regularly.

   This is a very well designed product. It arrived well packaged inside a cardboard packaging from the brand itself with the below contents:
   1. 2 x ice packs with integrated velcro straps
   2. 2 x freezer bags
   3. User manual

   The build quality feels great right out of the box. The two sides of the ice pack are of a different material – one side feels plush and the other is nylon. The gel filling is compartmentalised to maintain a balance across the pack and is generous (see video) which ensures a great cold compression and the weight feels just right – I’ve used other brands that don’t have enough gel and they don’t have the same effect. The velcro straps are thick and long so definitely feel like they’re built to last. Their length should ensure there’s no issue wrapping it even around the widest part of the leg. The freezer bags have a ziplock but time will tell how long these ziplocks last.

   The user manual suggests the below:
   Freezing times:-
   Less than 4 hours = 10 minutes
   4-6 hours = 20 minutes
   More than 6 hours = 30 minutes

   Recommendation of use:-
   The user manual also recommends starting with the plush side for 10 mins and then switching to the nylon side.

   Warranty:
   Lifetime from the date of purchase

   I’ve been using it to treat an ankle injury and can’t recommend this enough! It gets rid of inflammation and provides effective relief from pain.

   Just what the doctor ordered. I love how well it fits. I’m 6’2” with muscular legs and have no issues. My wife can also use it because the straps are easily adjustable. It is very cold and yet still flexible to wrap nicely

   These work well, stay in place due to the effective long straps, and have a plush underside so the cold plastic isn’t directly on the skin. They’re cold for a good 35-45 minutes. While they don’t provide direct cold contact on the back of the knee, I would still recommend them.

   This ice pack has been a real lifesaver for sore knees and general muscle pain. I liked it so much I bought a few extras to keep around. It’s built well and feels durable, nothing flimsy about it. The pack itself is a bit hefty, which actually helps it stay in place and apply consistent pressure while icing. It’s large enough to cover not only my knee but also my back or shoulders when needed. The cold lasts plenty long for my recovery sessions, and the straps make it easy to secure comfortably.

   Bottom Line: Solid, long-lasting, and effective. A dependable ice pack that delivers both weight and relief where it counts.

   Great recovery product.. after playing sports I applied it as per recommended in the instructions leaflet in the package.. next morning I didn’t feel any pair or inflammation that usually felt after playing sports at all.

    I like the fact that one side has a velour type fabric side that can go directly to your skin.
    The straps hold it on so you can walk around with on if needed.
    It’s seems to re- freeze fairly quickly.

    J’ai acheté ce pack de glace REVIX pour gérer des douleurs post-entraînement et l’inflammation chronique au genou. Je suis extrêmement satisfait de la conception, qui surpasse les sacs de pois congelés ou les simples packs rectangulaires.
    ​Points Forts de la Conception et de l’Efficacité :
    ​Ergonomie Spécifique au Genou (Crucial) : La forme en U est révolutionnaire. Elle enveloppe parfaitement l’articulation (devant et sur les côtés) et reste bien en place, même en position assise ou couchée. Fini les packs qui glissent !
    ​Compression par Sangles : Les sangles réglables sont un énorme avantage. Elles permettent d’appliquer une compression efficace en même temps que la thérapie par le froid, ce qui est essentiel pour réduire l’enflure et la douleur (selon le protocole R.I.C.E.).
    ​Froid Longue Durée : Le gel à l’intérieur conserve une température très basse pendant plus de 20 minutes (le temps de traitement recommandé par les professionnels), ce qui est bien supérieur à la moyenne des produits concurrents.
