Minha mãe adorou esse produto, pra quem fez cirurgia do ombro e perfeito,👏👏👏👏

Absolutely fantastic. It wraps easily and stays in place. The only negative is it doesn’t stay cold long enough. But, we aren’t supposed to ice for more than 20 min anyway.
I am waiting to have knee surgery next month. These have been a life saver. I use. Then after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. Wonderful relief!!

I have tendinitis and with frozen shoulder I was just putting on ice packs when I came across this. I thought I’d try. It would definitely recommend it. I like that you can secure it and just leave it on as opposed to keep moving ice packs can’t beat the price if you have any type of shoulder pain you need this.

Great ice packs. They cover the entire knee and velcro in place. Following knee replacement and physical therapy, these really are a life saver. You don’t have to worry about the ice pack slipping around the knee. The cold lasts about 30 – 40 minutes for each ice pack.
Dana B –
this is a really big wrap and it works great. Stays cold forever.
Erina –
Were not very comfortable/flexible around the knee after surgery.

Straps are useless. Very hard to fasten when you’ve had rotator cuff repair. Works well just by propping it on the shoulder.
LIH –
Actually works for my stress fracture. It goes around 3/4 of my knee, which is not small. It stays in place and using both sides it’s a solid 20 minutes of effective cold. I got 2 because it takes a few hours in the freezer to work that well.

This is what I thought would be good for recovery after a shoulder replacement surgery. I purchased this ahead of time to test it out. Quality is good. Keeps cold for a sufficient amount of time. However, the Velcro straps are quite hard for me to fasten by myself. It’s hard to twist around to get the strap around my body and up to the shoulder. Once there it is difficult to feed the strap through the “buckle”. I haven’t had the surgery yet and am already having difficulty attaching it sufficiently to my shoulder. I plan on keeping this until (if) I find something better.
Gina Hatmaker –
Perfect after knee surgery. Wraps all the way around and stays in place with straps. The frozen gel is flexible and comfortable. Be sure to buy 2 so you can switch it out. It does get warm in about 20 min.
Cinder3111 –
Fits the shoulder and works as intended! Stays cold for a long enough time, to do what I need.

Very nice product! Easy to use with the velcro straps that really hold the pak in place. I bought 4 of them to use after my knee replacement surgery. I love them and recommend them to anybody

Because it has a sleeve to put arm in, it does not slip around or fall off when wearing. I can wear it around the house no problem.
