I like the ease of use with this. Straps aren’t so long that they stick together, like other wraps out there. Lasts over an hour. Freezes quickly.

I had a knee replacement recently and will be icing my knee for a long time to come. I have bought several different kinds of ice packs. This is one of the better ones. The two straps are well placed. I have some with four straps–seemed like a good idea, but having that many straps makes it annoying to put on and take off. This one is much better. The only reason I took one star off is it doesn’t stay cold for as long as some of my other packs. It works for your 20 minutes, but then should go back in the freezer. Some of them I can push aside for an hour and then use again for another 20 minute session. But still, this is one of the better ones, and is probably the most convenient.

I found this ice pack very helpful after knee replacement surgery. It fits well and attaches quickly even on my very swollen knee. My only objection is that it only lasts about 20-30 minutes. I recommend purchasing two.

I bought this ice pack and a different brand before I had a total knee replacement. While both cooled the surgical site. This one was superior in several ways. I am an ordinary, sized female (size 16) and it fit my leg very well. It was easy to put on and the gel stayed well distributed. The other ice pack was larger.(King Pavonini) perhaps better for larger people, but also more unwieldy, and the gel had to be redistributed every use in order to cover the wounds evenly. If I had known, I simply would have bought two of these HILPH gel ice packs. Velcro hold easy to fasten, pack itself was easy to adjust and comfortable.

I love the design of this. Fit great on the knee however I used it for my upper arm and it was perfect! Velcro works well, stays cold cold for a while. Very good quality. It did the job and relieved my injured arms!

Perfect.. wraps around the entire leg.. so you can ice completely around the leg. Could also be used for arm or foot or ankle.

It’s workable and I’m not sure about it staying put moving but stationary it works . One caveat it looks like surrounds the knee , it doesn’t there are gaps above / below the straps unfortunately.

Great design to wrap around knee that stays in place. Keeps cold for 30 minutes. Great for knee replacement surgery Best value for the cost. I got 2 that way I have one always ready after the exercises that I have do 4 times a day. Great pain relief and helps reduce swelling. Recommending this one!
