This is a large wrap. Durable, maybe even a bit heavy for some. Gets super cold in the freezer and provides pain relieving cooling for a good while. I’d suggest putting a light towel or cloth between your skin and the wrap for the first few minutes. I bought another for a family member loved it so much.

These things are great! They really do a good job icing down my knee. The things I like about it are that they:
-roll up and dont take up much space when in my freezer.
-when frozen, the way the cubes are arranged in squares makes it flexible and conforms well to my knee.
-material does not get soaked and stays dry.
-very cold and lasts every bit of 45min.
-velcro works well and stays in place when fastened.
Honestly, I can’t say there is anything I dont like about them.

These work great!! I ordered the reg. size thinking they would fit,but i forgot the swelling in my knee after surgery and really needed the Xlg . lacked about 2 inches to secure. I was wondering if they had extention straps i could use. just a thought. Gale

This ice pack has been a life saver! First of all it is large enough just as pictured to cover above & below my knee. For me, it stays cold and lasts quite a long time. Does take a few hours to freeze initially. I have to use it 20 minutes at a time, every hour. It refreezes quick enough for me to reuse. The straps are sturdy and I can make it tight enough for my leg. It is comfortable to wear while sitting, leg up or walking. Would purchase again.

This ice pack was the best one I have ever purchased. It stays on my knee really well and sticks great. Even when walking around it doesn’t move. It is very cold even through clothes. I would recommend this to everyone.
