Im 5’11”, 165lbs. Adult soccer player with history of 2 acl/mcl/meniscus surgeries. Sleeve fits perfectly, is comfortable, does not slide down when upright/walking, and offers decent compression. Noticed a positive improvement in pain/swelling next day when used after games. Cold only lasts although for about 20 minutes. Would be nice if a way can be found for cold to last a little longer.

El título debe decir para rodilla o tobillo y no “paquete para rodilla y tobillo” Dolo trae una compresa. Aunque la foto y el título dice otra cosa.

Pro: It is easy; it is convenient; it is comfortable; it is mobile; it is well made.
Con: It is not ice. Not even close. The cooling effect lasts 15 minutes tops, ten minutes or less if you slide it on right after a workout when your body is heated.
I’ve been using this on my knee and if it stayed as cold for twenty minutes as it is for the first minute, this would be a great product. But it doesn’t. I can feel it warming as every subsequent minute ticks by. When I slip it off after twenty minutes, my knee feels sort of cool, but nothing like after a proper icing.
My Conclusion: It is not a replacement for serious ice therapy, but it’s a better-than-nothing substitute if ice isn’t available, if you need to move around, or if you need a break from the ice cubes, ice bag, and Ace bandage with a good book routine. That said, I haven’t yet found a freezer/gel product that mimics the therapeutic effect of real ice; so as gel products go, this is the best I’ve found.

These work as described. My main situation is that they don’t stay cold enough for long enough (for my personal use). So they have advantages and having the wrap around the joint is helpful. Beyond that it’s depending on what and how you need to use the ice pack.

Fits well and provides good relief. It is a bit sticky and does have a small to it. I would give it a 5 star, but it does not keep cold very long. I think 15-20 minutes of use is max. It’s not bad, but I have others I prefer better.

I read all the reviews before I bought. It has no smell and stays cold for required 20 minutes. (I don’t have a microwave so can’t speak to heat retention). I needed something to travel with and this is light/small enough.
Easy to move around in.

This item feels very good. It does not stay cold very long.
After knee replacement surgery, I used this along with a larger ice pack wrapped around it. Together they made a comfortable long lasting chill.

This sleeve is so much better than traditional ice packs, I’ll never go back. No stiff straps, no dripping, no melting, no worries about it not conforming to your body. This slides on easily, fits snugly, makes full contact, delivers cooling to all parts of the joint, and feels very soothing on my aching knee. It’s pricy but worth it.

These work good, cold pack gets very cold, lasts about 20-25 mins.

This is super comfortable. I’m 240 5’9″ and got the large. It’s not slipping at off at all and it’s not cutting off circulation at all so it’s a very comfortable fit. I’m not sure if it’s really providing the compression at this size. I’ve been putting it in the freezer for a couple of hours and then putting it on and I immediately lost the freezer bag that it came with but I’ve been putting it in the packaging bag that it came with when I put it in the freezer and that seems to be okay. It stays cold for a nice long time and it’s really relieved the pain I have been experiencing with a baker cyst on my knee. I’ve only been using this for a few days so I don’t know how durable this is or if it will maintain its structure over time. But currently I’m very happy with it and hopefully it holds up until this Baker cyst goes away. Wish me luck with that. 😅

Excellent!!! Best compression sleeve I’ve bought to help me heal through my injuries! It serves as a great ice pack that helps soothe and reduce inflammation. My entire family benefits from having one of these readily available for recovery needs.

It’s truly a value for money product ….an hour in the freezer and gives you instant relief for upto 30 mins . It’s quite sturdy and flexible . Using it for the calf area post surgery

Wearing it over a hoody on my elbow which is still a tad big but I’m pretty small. Feel like I could have gone for junior size as I’m 5’5 110lb but will be perfect for my knee. So much better then trying to wrap ice pack around. Wish I got sooner. It’s soft and moldable.
