It’s not as stretchy as real KT tape. Not a good product.

Although I love how the tape is already cut and perforated, the tape itself is just simply not strong enough. The adhesive is weak and does not last through a shower, and will slowly rip off, taking some of your skin with it. The tape also starts ripping after a little bit of movement.. I do find it helps manage some of my pain, however I still definitely need my knee brace on top. This is okay if you need something fast and cheap, but if you have more time and a dollar or two to spare I would go for a different brand.
