I was worried by the 1 star reviews where people said they had skin irritation and other issues from this. But I have very sensitive skin and have had no issues at all. The adhesive is great and will last through sweating and a shower, easily lasts 12 hours. Will pull out baby hairs lol I’ve been using on my foot and it gives me arch support all day walking around in work boots.

I frequently have to tape my ankle for work so I’ve tried several brands. I really wanted to like this one because the price is great and the precut strips are easy to use, but this was a miss for me. The tape provides the support it’s supposed to but the edges constantly rolled up any time I put on a sock or a shoe. It also felt like I was peeling off a layer of my skin trying to take it off.

Good tape for the price! I had trouble with knee pain toward the end of my marathon training and bought some to get me through the last couple of weeks of training and the race. It is VERY sticky, even if you wear for a couple of days before removing. So be aware of that, I still have marks on my legs from the tape that won’t go away. I haven’t worn the tape in over 3 months. Also noticed it frays at the edges and takes a very long time for the adhesive to come off your legs after removal even if you use alcohol prep pads. Which is why I gave it 3 stars. It did help with the knee pain while running and got me through the race, but don’t know if I’d buy again.

Had knee surgery and was recommended by physical therapy. It is way to use and very sturdy. They separate easily most perfect size . They take up very little room in the container. It allows me to walk and the support is there. Works well for extra support.

I’m currently using this for shoulder support playing disc golf. Tape holds quite well (I’ve used the blue and black tape.) Made the mistake of applying tape after a shower once. Being wet made the adhesive too strong and had some raw places after removing the tape. Never had the problem with applying while dry before or after.

My dog, a large british sheppard, has sensitive paws, wont tolerate dog shoes, this work really well on her sensitive paws, sont bother her to run or walk, still has the ground feeling, and stick in place really well. She had a cut that wouldn’t heal, this help us to over come it by bandaging her paw before the daily run. Really a good product. I would use it for myself if I have to over a medical bandage.

I have been using this stuff for many many months now and overall I really like it. I use it for two main purposes: Face taping (works amazingly well) and taping my knees for stability (this is where there are issues). The black tapes seems to hold great for many days, the pink tape does not-the edges and sides start peeling up after just one day and it does not hold as well bc when I peel it off it lifts easily, the black tape takes much more effort and might leave a little adhesive residue behind. SOOOO… I use pink for my face, zero issue and the black for my knees-zero issue. Great price for this much product so I will continue to buy.

We bought this because my husband needed it for his feet. I got stress fracture in my foot and this was a miracle in supporting my foot as it heals. The orthopedist said this was a valued option for treating my foot. It is waterproof and adheres well,.
