I’m only two days in, so I can’t give a real results report yet, but I’m taking this for a reason and I’m sticking with it.
My main goal is weight loss support and overall effectiveness. I know fish oil isn’t some magic fat burner, but I’m trying to stack the odds in my favor with something that supports metabolism, cravings, inflammation, and recovery while I’m dieting and staying consistent. That’s why I went with this one in particular. The EPA and DHA numbers are strong, and it feels like a “real” omega 3 supplement instead of a low dose filler bottle.
The immediate win is that it’s actually easy to take. No fishy burps, no gross taste coming back up later, and the lemon flavor helps. If I’m going to take something every day for weeks and months, that part matters.
I’m also hoping it helps my nails. Mine get brittle every winter and start peeling and snapping, so if this helps strengthen them at all, I’ll be happy.
I’ll update this in a few weeks once I’ve been consistent and can speak to whether it’s actually helping with weight loss and how I feel day to day.

I started taking NatureWise Extra-Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement around the same time I began working on improving my vitamin levels, and it’s made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day.
I can’t speak to exact numbers yet, but physically the change has been really clear. I’ve had better sleep, fewer body aches, less frequent migraines, and a big improvement in my overall energy.
Another thing I appreciate is that I didn’t have any unpleasant aftertaste or “fishy burps,” which I’ve experienced with other brands before.
What I noticed:
Better sleep quality.
Reduced body aches.
Fewer migraines.
Increased energy.
Things to keep in mind:
Results may vary depending on your needs
It may take some time to notice full effects
Overall, this has been a really positive addition for me, and I plan to keep using it. Based on how I feel, I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking to support your overall health.
Packaging and delivery was perfect !

Love this omega 3. It’s high potency and checks all the boxes, including heart health support, memory and focus, brain protection, cognitive function, and vision protection. It also seems to boost immune system and support blood pressure. Overall, a standout pick that makes me confident in my daily routine.

These are great and recommended by my doctor, good to take if you have high cholesterol, and don’t enjoy fish of any kind, great supplement!

It really helps, my doctor recommended I started taking it and it makes a difference. My only complaint is the taste of the fish oil when your burp, I have to take a mint sweetie afterwards to help. I saw someone said there isn’t but there actually is believe me. That’s the only thing I don’t like about it. But aside from that it’s good. I ordered some more because its affordable and it works. The burp after taste is bearable. It says to take 2 a day but I take one and it still helps so the strength seems good. I’m not sure it affects my energy level and the size of the capsule are kinda big but its not hard to swallow.

No Smell, Vitamin content very good. Size of the pill not too big but not too small, easy to swallow. Good quality which is a plus. Good range for energy level
