I had lower back surgery so comfortable side sleeping was a must during my recovery. I felt the pillow was “too much” and material was slippery and kept slipping out from between my knees. A little too large for my needed comfort but that is just my opinion. Otherwise, the pillow was well made.

Love this pillow! Very comfy. I am 5’5″ and weigh 180 lbs. I ordered the 5 inch pillow. I would not recommend it any smaller. It does not have a removable cover, but it fits into a standard/queen zippered pillow protector and standard/queen pillow case. I have degenerative discs/spinal stenosis. I have used the foam triangular pillow between my knees for years, but I recently was annoyed by my ankles rubbing. I tried a regular bed pillow but it wasn’t very thick. This pillow keeps my legs separated all the way down.

My husband loves this thing. Swears it’s the best knee pillow ever — perfect support, super comfy, helps him sleep like a dream. Me? I have beef with it. Because at 2 a.m., without fail, it migrates across the bed and becomes my unwanted cuddle partner. I didn’t marry a third pillow, but here we are. Five stars from him, three from me, so we’ll call it four overall.

I do recommend this pillow. The cooling is real, imo. It very comfortable, and versatile.
The cover is not removable, so I purchased I cotton zippered pillow case for mine, and I recommend you do the same. The outer cover of the pillow is very slick, a regular pillow case will slide off, get zippered.

Likes: This knee pillow is comfortable and helpful in reducing knee pain.
Dislikes: There were some stains on pillow after washing before first use, although pillow was pure white. Not sure if stains were from the foam fill coming through.

This pillow is designed perfectly for supporting my knees! It helps me to be much more comfortable with when I’m sleeping so I don’t wake up so often in a lot of pain. I have terrible joint pain all over, this has really helped to reduce my pain when I’m sleeping. It is pretty long so u need a long case to put over it. It washes well and the shape doesn’t change. The design is perfect to keep your knees in place. And there is no setup so unless u are trying to find a long enough case (check the measurements first), if that’s all good, then it’s ready to use right out of the packaging

Comfortable pillow and large enough to stay in place. Serves its purpose in alleviating my painful tendinitis. I appreciate the ability to chose the thickness. The only downside is that it’s rather warm.

Perfect perfect perfect. Pregnant an needed a pillow for side sleeping, something to stick between my knees but also down to my feet, thought it was going to suck because it was vacuum sealed when it arrived but it’s actually really comfortable and I slept so much better last night, wish it came with a cover but I can always just throw a pillow case on it

I’ve been looking for years for the perfect pillow for between my knees. It’s almost become a joke in my family. This is the perfect pillow. I can honestly say I have finally found it. I found a pillowcase that fits perfectly, so I don’t have to wash the whole pillow, I had no pain in the morning. It doesn’t slip around, stays put…its cozy and the perfect thickness. At last. I can stop searching. Eureka.
