It comes well packaged in a small box, and expands after you open it.
This item is a small pillow that you can place between your knees. It should help align your spine while you sleep. However, it is very small, so I would recommend it for smaller people only, as it did not work well for my 6’4” husband. He used it 2X and got pain in his hip when he woke up both times. He started using a couch pillow instead.

Worth every penny! I recently lost a good chunk of weight and found that my knees felt really uncomfortable if I was sleeping on my side and had my knees on top of each other. I no longer have the fat padding to make it comfy! This pillow has been the perfect solution. I tried just putting a regular pillow between my knees but that didn’t work like this shaped pillow does. Plus it seems to stay put and if I roll over, I’m aware enough to grab it and roll with it. It’s really helped my sleep massively.
