After sleeping with a pregnancy pillow through two pregnancies, my body got used to sleeping with a pillow between my legs. Pregnancy pillows are big and bulky, and rather unnecessary if not with child. We reclaimed the space in the bed, and this has been just as effective, comfortable, and size appropriate in helping with aligned sleep. Definitely worth a try if you like sleeping with pillows between your legs. It came vacuum packed as well and puffed up in a matter of minutes.

When i lay on my side to sleep, my legs are at a bad angle that causes me hip pain. I try to use a regular pillow, but that didn’t work very well. I got this to keep my body in line. It works very well. Its made of memory foam and is very soft. It has a zippered cover. This makes it possible for you to take the cover off and wash it. Made very well.

This knee pillow is comfortable. The memory foam is soft and it eases pain when you sleep with it between your legs. It took me a few nights to get used to sleeping with it. It has a zipper cover you can remove to wash the pillowcase. Like all memory foam, there is a slight odor when you first get it, but it goes away quickly.
