Works well for me. Keeps my knees from
“knocking” together, provides better alignment. Helps back and knee pain. I am 5’2” and some things I’ve tried have been too big and bulky. This is very comfortable and stays in place with the attached strap.

Before using this one, I had no idea how much a basic knee pillow could help me sleep better. Being a side sleeper, it has significantly improved my nighttime comfort. In addition to keeping my spine in alignment and relieving pressure on my hips and lower back, the memory foam is soft but supportive. My hips are no longer stiff and my knees no longer pain when I wake up. The form remains in place all night long and fits between my legs flawlessly. Additionally, it breathes, so I don’t get overheated while wearing it. This knee cushion is essential if you suffer from back pain, pregnancy discomfort, or simply wish to improve your sleeping position. I regret not getting it sooner!

Supportive but Not Perfect: A Helpful Knee Pillow for Side Sleepers
I picked up this Vertdens knee pillow mainly to help with lower back and hip discomfort from side sleeping. At this price point, it’s a simple solution that does make a noticeable difference. The contoured memory foam fits reasonably well between the knees and helps keep my hips aligned. After a few nights, I found myself waking up less stiff and with reduced back pain, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
The pillow comes with a removable cover, which is a plus for hygiene since it’s easy to wash. The foam itself is firm but has some give, so it feels supportive without being rock-hard. Size-wise, it works fine for me, though I can see how some users might find it a little small or wish for more adjustability—especially if you’re taller or have broader legs.
A few watch points: the foam can feel warm at times since it doesn’t have any cooling features, and the strap isn’t adjustable, which may be a limitation if you’re very particular about fit. It also takes a little getting used to—on the first night I found myself moving it around until I got comfortable.
Bottom line: This knee pillow is a worthwhile, budget-friendly option if you’re a side sleeper with back, leg, or hip pain. It’s not a luxury version, but for under $20 it provides good support and helps improve sleep posture. If you want more customization (size, cooling, adjustable straps), you may need to spend more.

Decent knee pillow for side sleeping. I would only prefer that it be offered in a smaller size for folks of smaller size like me. It is very comfortable and does reduce and actually eliminate low back pain from misalignment when sleeping without it.

This pillow changed me! As a side and belly sleeper, I used to wake up everyday with hip pain and would “waddle” to get moving. Not anymore! This product has changed all of that. Literally overnight, I had no more hip pain in the mornings. It takes some getting used to, but the adjustment is SO worth it. Please try it if you suffer from morning hip pain!

If you are a side sleeper and experience any discomfort in your legs or back when sleeping, this pillow may help. It certainly helped me.
It’s small enough to be effective yet not disruptive to sleeping. Fits well between legs and is well made. The band to hold it in place is very helpful. Having a removal cover that can be washed is also a bonus. Price is very reasonable.
Highly recommended!

This leg pillow is just okay for me. It definitely does what it’s supposed to do — keeps your legs separated and supported — but it’s not the most comfortable to sleep with. I originally bought it because I get hot flashes at night and wanted something to keep my legs from sticking together.
It worked for that part, but I actually found it made me feel hotter, which kind of defeated the purpose. The shape and support are fine, and it absolutely does its job… it just wasn’t the right fit for my sleep style.
Not bad, not great — functional, but not the cooling solution I hoped for.

This leg pillow is legit. I’ve been waking up every morning. In severe lower back pain, not able to bend over or move for at least an hour. The last four nights that I have slept with this pillow.I have woken up with zero pain, and no longer need to take pain medicine. I would recommend this pillow to anyone that has lower/mid back pain. It also stays in place all night, no, matter if you flip or lay on your back. It’s very soft and comfortable, the strap stays in place and you don’t even realize you have it between your legs. I would one 1000% recommend this pillow.
