Very nicely constructed, visually appealing pillow. It has a soft but durable cover with a zipper allowing for removal and washing. The pillow itself is supportive but squashable. It is very comfortable in that sense. It is an adequate pillow…if your hips aren’t wide.
My hips have always been wide, combine that with back problems and I need a thicker knee support to properly align them while I sleep on my side.
In addition, I am frequently searching for the pillow as I roll over in the night.
I know there are options out there that have a strap to hold them in place on one leg. I will be looking to try one in my quest for a better night’s sleep and a pain free morning.

I used this pillow every night. I have boney knees so it’s uncomfortable and this provides relief from that. It’s also perfect for relieving tension in my hips and align my spine and especially my neck. I personally wish it came in black because the white discolors, naturally, over time. It’s small enough that I can switch the side I’m laying on without it getting caught in the blankets. I’ve had this for a few years now and I feel that it’s held its durability decently well. If I need to order again, I would order this one.

Works as it should but I don’t know about “cooling”. It only feels cool for maybe 20 min then retains a LOT of body heat. It’s comfortable but the blue fabric on the side is a bit scratchy.

This little pillow is amazing! I had surgery on my leg, and it fits so perfectly between my knees to help keep the pressure off from the weight of the “good” leg. I can also place it under my leg if I want to elevate it a bit on the sofa or in a comfy chair, and because of the curve in the pillow, it stays perfectly in place. Just the right size, super soft, this pillow is helping me sleep and not be in pain after surgery!

Since I got this knee pillow, I have not been able to sleep without it! It has helped so much with hip pain when falling asleep on my side, which is how I usually sleep. I wish I had gotten this a long time ago. Even making is so much more comfortable while watching tv from bed. Highly recommend.

Great product! I used this after knee replacement surgery and it gave my knees great comfort. I’ve just purchased one for my Mum as she was experiencing hip pain which was disturbing her sleep…she says it has eased her pain and enabled her to get a good nights’ sleep!

I cannot believe I got to be 38 years old without discovering these! It helps me sleep so much better! It helps hold my legs in place (less fidgeting), and it definitely helps reduce knee pain. I sleep with it all the time, and even bring it on vacations — it’s that effective!
I also like that the outer mesh is removable and washable.
I’ve had it for about two years now and other than normal discoloration (as with a pillow), it’s almost as good as new, so it is pretty durable. I bought one for my fiance, but she seems to prefer a giant down comforter wrapped around her body and between her knees, even in the middle of summer. I guess there’s no perfect answer for everyone! haha

Finally, my knobby knees don’t hit at night! I’m a side sleeper, and my hips were so out of wack from angling my knees apart all night. While the pillow is a little firmer than expected, it’s surprisingly comfortable and easy to adjust. It stays with me all night even when I toss and turn. The cover is soft, holding up well, and easy to take off and put on. I washed it for the first time, and it came out looking new. However, I probably should’ve air dried – though it did zip back up fine, it was a little snug to put back on. If you’re a side sleeper, it’s worth the buy!
