I ordered this set through the Vine program. I like that I can use this set for either hot or cold therapy. and that you get three (3) separate pieces. I’m mainly using the neck pack with cold and hot therapy, and it works extremely well. The pack wraps around my neck perfectly and gets “all the spots” compared to all my other packs. I did test the eye mask; I have one already, and it did do the trick like the one I use every night.
My husband had a headache the other day and used the “head pack,” and he got relief. It did not take away his headache but did give some relief. I can’t state how well it works for “migraines,” as neither my husband nor I suffer from them. Overall, I found this competitively priced, seems well-made, and I rate it a 4.5 out of 5.

I use it for the first time I put it in the freezer for two hours. It helps relieve stress tension. I like how you can use it cold or hot because you can also put it in the microwave for about 50 seconds. The texture and the fabric is very soft for my face I love it. It feels kind of heavy but’s is good. I love it

This migraine relief cap works really well for headaches and eye strain. The fit is comfortable and snug without feeling too tight, and it stays cold for a good amount of time. I love that it also covers the neck and eyes, which adds extra relief.
It’s easy to use, versatile for hot or cold therapy, and great for relaxing after a long day.

I was surprised at how much this actually works. They all stay cold for over 30 minutes and then are still cool. I keep them in my refrigerator freezer. Using them as a set… or separately works well. They reduce arthritic neck pain and help with headaches (which I often get). All pieces can be adjusted for fit and are comfortable.

*** UPDATE – 2 months later – I need to add how surprised I am at how often I use this. It noticeably helps. I keep mine in the freezer all the time when not in use. Even after 20-30 minutes it is still ‘cool’ but not ‘cold’. Part of this due likely that the skin underneath has become accustomed to being cold and so doesn’t feel cold anymore. However it still feels quite cool to the touch. But I find that 20-30 minutes of use is typically sufficient. I then put it back into the freezer and can then re-use it again in about an hour if needed. It’s nice that it comes in three separate pieces so that you can use each separately or all together as you require. I wanted to follow up and say that I am so very pleased that I ordered this product.

My husband gets REALLY bad migraines and recently had a “thunderclap headache” (apparently a migraine on steroids) which have put in out of commission for a month straight. He popped the head part on and got almost INSTANT relief. The pressure gives a nice compression which also helps. He also loves that you can still see to do things while wearing it.

This feels amazing! The neck part is a little awkward. The top part of the cap is a bit small and I have a small head. The nose part either makes my nose too cold or bothers my eyes. Despite all of that this works great for headaches, migraines and emotional regulation.

This migraine ice hat combo looks a bit like a super hero mask but it gets the job done. Good quality ice hat, eye wrap and neck wrap. It came largely unscented (important for migraine scent sensitive users) with only a very faint scent that dissipated over a few days of airing out. The price is on par with other combination sets like this one. The material is stretchy and the velcro allows for customization for head size and comfort. The gel is quite thick and on the heavier side but I have found that with more gel (and weight) the longer the cold lasts based on lots of experimentation over the years with many ice packs and hats. It does suffer from the same problem that almost all ice hats do in that it stays really cold for only a short period of time (maybe 10 mins) before it needs to be returned to the freezer. I have a selection of ice hats I rotate in and out while others refreeze during bad migraine days. The eye cut outs and extra eye wrap are a nice take on the traditional ice hat. They help with facial pain, and I find that when the eye cut outs were too intense with a really bad migraine I could reverse the hat and use it to put my pony tail through. It is also open on the top to allow for a top knot for those with long hair. I have even tried using the should wrap around my head as the velcro allows for adjustment. It may be too big for smaller heads, but it would stay in place if you were lying down and resting. The neck wrap can act like a second ice hat/wrap while the main hat is refreezing.

Works well. I keep the cap in the freezer. When a migraine occurs the cap is not too tight and the cold is very soothing. I use the shoulder part to relax tense muscles. 25-30 secs in the microwave works well. I don’t use the eye mask but maybe I’ll give it a try.

It definitely looks silly to wear this but it works surprisingly well. I used it the other day to help with my neck and back pain which is super nice to have the extra weight and being able to heat it up or cool it as needed was exactly what my poor muscles needed. I luckily haven’t had any migraines recently so I haven’t tested it out the cap part, but it will definitely come in handy in the future or if I’m ever overheating.
I love how the shoulder part is wearable so I don’t have to worry about moving around and dropping it, makes it a lot easier to function even though I’m in pain.
It feels like a high quality material and seems well built. You can feel the gel bits inside of it when you push down on it and it has a nice soft, velvety texture to it.
It heats up really fast in the microwave and it cools down very fast in the freezer or the fridge, though I believe they say that you’re supposed to specifically put it in the fridge in all the freezer.
I wish it came in Black black and it had a slightly different design so that it was a little bit wider on the back part for the neck just as a bonus but it’s still nice, and covers up most of what tends to hurt.
Due to me having cats I have to keep this stored away so they don’t bite or scratch into it as I assume the beads and liquid on the inside will be toxic to them if they ingest it, so I keep it in a thick Ziploc bag and tucked away in a cupboard.

This is truly a great product however here’s why I would rate it 4/5. The product being 3 in 1 is top tier because I have a cervical disc injury but with that being said, the ice retention only lasts for 2 hours max. So unfortunately, I only receive comfort and relief for those 2 hours. Personally, the fit is perfect for me because I am smaller however, it may give a tighter fit if you are not looking for that. I have yet to try it as a warm compress, but I am sure it would work in the same manner. I believe it was worth what you paid for given all that came with it.

This set truly soothes, calms and constricts the dilated blood vessels during migraine headaches. The skull cap slips on & off with ease. The eye mask gives additional comfort. The neck wrap also great but could use improvement by reworking the Velcro closure. Overall I totally recommend.
