Stretch, cooling and perfectly sized. Material is durable and seems expensive. No bizarre smells, covers your head perfectly and creates a great amount of pressure that is either cool or warm depending on your desire. Has helped with headaches.

Hear me out, if you have a big head (just measured for reference, my watermelon a good 24”) this might actually cause you more headaches than any other benefits gained.
Yes it’s the smoothest and softest gel like thing. Haven’t tried it hot yet, it’s permanently in my freezer for whenever I need it, but still puts too much pressure throughout my entire skull. But man is it soft and stays colder for longer. This last statement is false for me personally as my body zaps anything cold like its surviving on it. But I can tell you it lasts a long time for normal people.
It would of been nice if there was some sort of tiny adjustment to alleviate potential pressure on the bottom. Like a small little velcro strap or something for us big headed ahh people.
That’s why I give it 5 stars. Besides my head size, it really is a good product. And it’s still soft when below whatever it is. 10/10. Highly recommend buying 2-3. They should actually sell it as a pack. Hopefully the seller sees this. It only makes sense. Youll most likely want to buy another one, just saying.

LOVE this thing. You can use it for about 30 min without needing to freeze (the gel cools down itself) but be careful with freezing because it gets COLD and can hurt if you leave it on too long. No smell. Really comfortable and great material.

I struggle horribly from headaches and migraines alike. I had gotten this type of mask a couple years back and my dog ate it (thanks Athena). So I got this one cause the color was super pretty and I needed a new one. I love it. There’s a couple tiny issues, but none of them affect the use or how well it works, so I won’t even waste time listing them. It did have a bit of a smell and it does tend to ride up, but the smell went away relatively quickly and it riding up is such an easy fix, just pull it back down a bit lol but other than that, the color is gorgeous, it’s amazing for headaches and migraines, and it’s so comfortable. I love it!

To me this is essentially soft gel based weighted eye mask that covers a greater area compared to a regular eye mask and because of the coverage and weight and gel provides nice tension/weight to relieve some sinus pressure.
Placing in the freezer provides cold relief which works well but if too cold can feel overbearing after a few minutes.
Warming up similar feeling as well.
I would say these can be used for specific periods of time.
At normal temperature you can use this for a longer time and it relaxes you enough to put you to sleep. It provides a good soothing feeling.
At first it had a smell which wore off after washing off it off in soapy water for a few minutes.
I would recommend it.

I bought two so that I would always have a cold one. They stay cold for 15 to 30 minutes, depending. So it’s nice to be able to swap out your warm one for another cold one if needed. They freeze pretty quickly. They’re soft and comfortable, a total lifesaver.
My-2-cents –
I have migraines that are so bad they make me nauseous. This gel ice pack cap helps ease the terrible spiking pains of a migraine. I keep mine in the freezer so it is ice cold when I need it. It is a soft material, slightly squishy from the gel inside that makes it cold. No bad smell to the material. The size is comfortable on my head— not too loose, and not too tight. Can be used as an eye mask, or rolled up off eyes like a beanie stocking cap. Stays chilled for around 20-30 minutes. Pop it into freezer for half an hour, and it’s ice cold again. It doesn’t resolve my migraine pain but it helps ease it so I don’t feel like vomiting from the pain. To me, that’s amazing.

I purchased this as a gift for my mom who suffers from migraines. The price was so low I was worried the quality wouldn’t be what I was looking for but the reviews were high so I took a gamble. My mom absolutely loves it! Said it provides just enough pressure and stays cool on its own, she closest even keep it in the fridge. She sings its praises & has nothing bad to say about it so 5 stars from us!
