Best cool cap! I used it when I was taking chemotherapy. Took headaches away INSTANTLY! Best to keep in refrigerator as freezer is too cold!

Great Cap!
I have a big head, and this fits perfectly—very comfortable and well made. The material is soft yet sturdy, and I find it soothing to wear. The cold lasts about 3 to 5 minutes before gradually warming up, which feels just right for cold therapy. If anything, I wish the cold lasted a bit longer, but since it covers your eyes, the balance is actually ideal.
I usually store mine in the refrigerator, though you can use the freezer for a colder effect—just be mindful of how long you leave it in there. Overall, I’m really enjoying this cap and definitely recommend it!

I suffer from frequent migraines and tension headaches, and I bought this migraine relief cap hoping for some relief — I didn’t expect how effective it would actually be.
I keep the cap in my freezer so it’s always ready. When a headache starts, I pull it on and the cooling pressure is immediate and soothing. The cold isn’t harsh or painfully icy; it’s evenly distributed and feels like a gentle, calming compression around my temples, forehead, and eyes. Within minutes, the throbbing pressure noticeably decreases, especially for light-sensitive migraines.
What really impressed me:
1. Full coverage: It wraps completely around the head and over the eyes, unlike ice packs that constantly shift.
2. Comfortable compression: Snug without feeling tight or restrictive.
3. Reusable & mess-free: No dripping ice packs, no refreezing gel leaks.
4. Quiet & dark: Great for lying down when sound and light make migraines worse.
5. The quality is solid — it has a nice weight to it, feels well-made, and holds up well after repeated freezing and use.
I’ve used this both for full migraines and regular headaches, and it’s especially helpful when I want relief without immediately reaching for medication. While it doesn’t cure migraines entirely, it absolutely takes the edge off and shortens how long they last for me.
Some reviews mention that this cap can feel too cold, but cold tolerance is really personal. What feels uncomfortable to one person may feel amazing to another. The nice thing is you can simply let it sit out for a few minutes if you want to take the edge off. Personally, I’d much rather have it start out very cold than not get cold enough or warm up too quickly — the deep cold is what actually gives me relief.
And yes, wearing this absolutely crushes your pride — especially if you live with someone who can’t help but laugh the moment you put on your “swimmer’s cap.”

The coldness of the cap last for about 20 minutes. It is stretchy and it fits well. It is a good quality. It helps with getting ride of my head aches and migraines. The design works for migraines, and ocular migraines.

This feels cold without putting in the fridge. Have used it a few times when have had headaches which are quite a regular occurrence for me. Helps soothe the throbbing sensation.
Thick quality item. Great price when you weigh up the costs of painkillers

I ordered two of these cold packs to have on hand in case someone gets the occasional headache. I found having two is incredibly useful because as one worms on your head, the other can be getting cold and you can swap them out. Very useful! These particular Ones are perfect. They apply just the right amount of pressure. Also, in case it matters to you, they have no chemical odor or foul smell to them at all, and I am pretty picky about that.
They were a very good price compared to others and work very well. I will order a few more as gifts.

While I have not used this for the intended purpose of migraines quite yet, it was an absolute fever for both myself and my mother when we both came down with the flu over the holidays with fevers. The cap is extremely comfortable and not too heavy, and is very soothing, even as an ice pack. My only complaint is I wish that it stayed cooler longer, but that’s a con with any ice pack.

Feels good if you let it sit out of the freezer for a few. It is way to cold when you first take it out and gave me what felt like brain freeze. Fit is good for my bigger head.

I tried a few different migraine caps and this one has been the best as far as comfort and quality. Great fit, comfortable, easy to use, and stays cold for quite a while! Acceptable price as well. I haven’t had it long but it seems like it will withstand the test of time!
