Got this for migraines. Fits well around head. I don’t really like the feel of the edge that is just fabric; it’s the tiniest bit uncomfortable to me on my face. But I do like that it has no gel in ear area. Allows space for very large ears, as well.
Was frozen for 5 hrs before I tried it. It felt very cold at first, then after 9 mins the whole top was room temp. After 12 mins the back was room temp as well. I assume back area was cool longer due to most heat coming from the top of the head. I was hopeful that it would stay at least cool for longer than this.
Overall, well designed, no ear freezing, and fits not too tight. But, warms up quite quickly for me.

Amazing! Absolutely love this thing. Very comfy, doesn’t get my ears cold, doesn’t block my eyes so I can still read, watch tv, etc. My daughter and I both suffer from mild migraines and this is a godsend. We both have thick hair and it still gets my scalp cool. My husband is bald and he finds it too cold so maybe wear a head scarf under it as a protective layer. I do agree with everyone else, get more than one! The cooling effect only lasts at most 20 mins so being able to trade off is a perfect idea. Going to be buying one or two more for sure!

It does a good job of cooling my head and is very comfortable to wear. I like that it does not cover my eyes as so many of them do.

Great, works perfectly hands free and nice, comfortable, cold. I gave it 4 stars because only thing is the ears are covered with a thin fabric which keep the ears slightly cold, if the fabric for the ears wasn’t there the ears wouldn’t be cold, so I wore it from side to side to avoid this.

Well packaged for safe shipping. Seems well made. Would recommend freezing for longer and stronger cooling. It works well for headaches and overheating. Would like it slightly longer in back, to hit base of head better. I sent different suggestions to company and they were immediately receptive to ideas and customer service was quick to reply when registering.

Migraines, hot flashes, plus I currently have a raging sinus headache from a cold. This cap works for it all. I have a feeling it would also be great for a fever.
My migraines come from inflammation in the nerve that runs along the top of the head, and this is one of the only caps that have 360 cold. It soothes the nerve wonderfully. Plus it stopped a hot flash in its tracks. It’s a little too tight and slips upward a tad, thus reducing compression, but not enough to not be effective. I’m hoping the cap will stretch enough to not slip. It does acquire the smell of your freezer, so either seal it in a plastic bag or sit it on top of something pleasant smelling. This cap could only be better if it had a slit for long hair/ponytails.
It works well enough I bought a second one the day I got the first one. Truthfully I want a third so I can just rotate them out as they warm up.
Edit: I threw a toque over top to help with the longevity issue. It also helps to keep it from slipping so much.

I’ve tried some other ice headgear, and they’re always stiff and useless and uncomfortable. This one is more a gel that never freezes solid. It’s perfect!!! I use it all the time for migraines and I love it. I also like that it kind of looks like a regular toque, so if I need to run errands while I have a headache, I won’t mind wearing it out and about.

Amazing. I am able to put this on right when the pain starts and it keeps it from getting any worse. I can walk around with it on and move without it falling off. It does slide around a bit while laying down. I did need a bit to get used to it but I absolutely love it. I am ordering 2 more to keep on rotation because it only stays cool for about 30min- 1hr.

I’ve been having headaches almost everyday and I’m trying to stop taking so much medicine for it. It feels really comfortable on. My head is on the small size, so the back comes down halfway down my neck. It is stretchy, so will fit most people I think. There is no gel in the ear area, so your ears won’t get cold. My husband wants to wear it in the summer when he mows haha. That gave me the idea to wear it when working out to keep cool, so I may try that. I’ll be buying several more.

I had a TBI and they put titanium plates in my head. This was a godsend for healing. The compression sock type function relieved some pain while the freezing gel only lasts about 1 hour, but totally did the rest. buy 2 and always keep 1 in the freezer.
