I was pessimistic about this helping mt lower back pain, but after one night I could see a noticeable difference. It is much better than a standard pillow in that it stays in place as you turn over. It is not a cure all but it does contribute to significant relief. I highly recommend this product.

The SweetSlubr knee pillow is great for people that sleep on their side or those that might have lower back troubles. My aging knees have felt much better with the knee pillow. I certainly would recommend you give it a try.

Works well for hip and knee positions, also effective under the waist for side sleepers, good foam density.

What I received was so haphazardly wrapped that I believe I was sent a used item

I was skeptical and waited a while before submitting this review. I’ve dealt with hip pain for a few months, that, while not debilitating, it awakened me several times each night as I slept. I am a side sleeper and had been sleeping with a pillow between my knees to help with the pain, but it did little to alleviate the pain. My massage therapist suggested that I purchase a firmer memory foam pillow specifically for between the knees because even the tiniest degree of reduced support could cause pain. She was right!! I got this pillow and within 2 or 3 days, I noticed a difference in my pain level. Now, it is all but gone. I can’t believe the difference this pillow has made for me. Also, the size is just right and it is firm and supportive but not hard. If you’re considering it, give it a try and maybe it will be as gamechanging for you as it’s been for me.

The pillow is great. Good size, good shape. Stays in place most of the night.
The cover is a good idea, but a big problem. It is very difficult to remove it. Because it fits snugly, you have to keep trying to squeeze the foam to work it off. Not easy with only two hands.
Putting the cover back on is even more difficult. Not only do you have to get it on, but it has to be in exactly the right position on the pillow. After many tries, I gave up.
Now using the pillow without the cover.

This knee pillow really helped with my hip and lower back pain as a side sleeper. The memory foam offers firm, comfortable support and keeps my legs aligned. It’s also the perfect size—not too bulky, but just right to stay in place through the night. I love that the cover is removable and washable—super easy to clean and very soft. Definitely worth it if you want better sleep and less pain!
