Didn’t expect to love this as much as I do. I’m a side sleeper with occasional hip and lower back pain, and this little pillow has actually made a noticeable difference. It’s firm enough to keep my knees separated but still soft on the surface — no weird pressure points or overheating.
The cover is removable and has a subtle texture that helps it stay in place through the night (even when I toss and turn). It’s not bulky either, so it doesn’t feel like I’ve shoved a throw pillow between my legs.

I am really surprised that this works for me. I have sleep with pillows between my legs for years and suffer from lower back and hip pain. For some reason, this little pillow works good for me. It’s comfortable and cool at night and stays for the most part in place. I move around a lot. The only issue I have is getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and it has to be removed. Easy because it is not tight on my leg. The shape of this works good for me. I can finally put away a few extra pillows.

So this is a nice soft material and it provides a good amount of support and it’s nice it has the strap on it so you don’t kick it away in your sleep although I somehow managed to do so. I will say be nice if it was a little wider because sometimes I don’t want to have my knees aligned directly above each other.

This knee-support foam pillow definitely met my needs. I don’t always sleep on my side, but when I do, it helps to keep my hips aligned and my knee bones from smashing together. Much better (size and proportions) than taking a full-sized pillow! And I thought the density was just fine. It expanded to full size in a couple of hours.
