- ORTHOPEDIC KNEE PILLOW FOR SIDE SLEEPERS – RELIEVES PRESSURE & PROMOTES ALIGNMENT: Sleeping on your side can cause your top leg to pull downward, twisting your hips and pressing your knees together. This leg pillow for side sleeping is designed to keep your spine, hips, and legs in alignment, helping reduce strain, pressure, and discomfort in your lower body. Use nightly as a sciatica pain relief pillow, hip pillow, or knee wedge pillow between legs to support natural rest for sore muscles
- SUPPORTS BOTH LEGS, KNEES & HIPS FOR COMFORTABLE SLEEP: Unlike small cushions that shift, our leg pillow is engineered with a dual concave design that cradles both knees and legs for stability throughout the night. The ergonomic shape reduces hip and spine rotation, helping to minimize strain and tension. Ideal as a knee pillow for side sleepers, it provides reliable hip support and comfort, keeping you properly positioned for a side sleeper pillow between legs or under
- 100% HIGH-DENSITY MEMORY FOAM: Crafted with premium memory foam, this sciatica pillow delivers soft yet firm support that adapts to your body. It promotes airflow to prevent overheating, while the responsive foam cushions your hips, knees, and legs. Unlike ordinary pillows that flatten, this durable memory foam knee pillow holds its shape night after night, ensuring consistent relief and lasting comfort for all body types. A great gift for any side sleeper who wakes up often
- ERGONOMIC CURVED SHAPE WITH ADJUSTABLE STRAP: Designed for side sleepers, the crescent curve and adjustable strap keep the alignment pillow between your legs while sleeping, even if you toss and turn. This helps maintain a smooth spine alignment without slipping or shifting out of place. Use it as a leg pillow for back pain, hip pillow for side sleepers, or a contour knee wedge pillow for pressure relief. Suitable for men, women, and recovery support after replacement surgery or injury
- REMOVABLE WASHABLE COVER & MULTI-USE SUPPORT: The breathable cover is removable and machine washable for fresh use every night. This versatile leg pillow can also be used as a knee cushion for lounging, a spacer pillow for recovery, or a comfort aid during pregnancy. Whether you’re a side sleeper seeking better posture, experiencing hip or knee tension during slumber, or looking for a supportive sciatica nerve pillow, this cushion provides all-night comfort and alignment without brace use

I’ve been using this leg wedge pillow for several weeks now, and overall, it has been a great addition to my sleep routine. It provides excellent support, helping to keep my spine aligned and significantly reducing my back pain. I’ve noticed a big improvement in how well I sleep, and I wake up feeling much less stiff.
However, while the Velcro strap initially held securely, over time, it has started to lose its grip. As I move around at night, the strap sometimes comes undone, which can be frustrating. If the Velcro were more durable or adjustable, this product would be perfect.
Despite this issue, the wedge itself is very comfortable and still provides great support. If you don’t rely heavily on the strap to keep it in place, I’d still recommend it for anyone looking for better sleep and pain relief.

Perfect pillow! I have tried several and this one is so comfy and has the strap to keep it in place when I roll around at night. So much better than using a bed pillow. Quality made and helping me sleep better. Highly recommend.

I’ve been dealing with lower back and sciatic nerve pain for months, and this pillow has made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. The memory foam is firm but very comfortable—it keeps its shape all night without flattening. I especially love the adjustable strap, which keeps the pillow securely in place no matter how much I move during sleep.
It fits perfectly between the knees and helps align my hips and spine better. I wake up with less stiffness and significantly reduced pain. The removable cover is soft and washable, which is a big plus.
If you’re a side sleeper or dealing with back, hip, or leg pain, this is absolutely worth trying. Bonus: it’s FSA/HSA eligible, which was great for me. Highly recommend!

This orthopedic knee pillow has been an absolute game-changer for my sleep! From the very first night, I noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. The memory foam is soft yet provides the perfect amount of support, keeping my knees aligned and helping relieve lower back and hip pain.
Its ergonomic design fits comfortably between the legs, and thanks to the adjustable strap, it stays securely in place all night long. This has been key to improving my posture while sleeping on my side. Plus, the cover is super soft to the touch, easy to remove, and washable—making it even more convenient.
I highly recommend this pillow to anyone dealing with lower back or hip discomfort, or simply looking for a more comfortable sleep experience. It’s a high-quality, well-made product that’s totally worth it. A purchase you definitely won’t regret!

Even though the wedge seems too small to be supportive, I assure you, it’s definitely improved my hip and sciatica discomfort. I’m not a large person (5’2″ 145lbs) so I can’t guarantee the same satisfaction for others but I’m very satisfied with this pillow.

I initially bought this product in June of 2020 and repurchased in March of 2024. I am a side sleeper and I was having hip pain. I bought another company’s version of the same thing in 2020 as well.
This was my favorite from the 2020 purchases – it was a little firmer and this gave more support between my knees and relieved the hip pain better. I regularly washed the cover and have used the pillow since 2020. Over time the cover has gotten lint balls – sometimes I pick them off or shave them off, but it’s really just cosmetic – as I know it’s clean from washing. Over the past couple months one side of the Velcro has stopped working well making the strap not consistently stay on and making it difficult to keep the pillow in place if I roll over.
I first looked and confirmed you can’t just buy a replacement cover and found no way to do that. I thought about replacing the Velcro but the Velcro was like $12 and I saw the pillow on sale for around $25 so I thought less work, I’ll just buy a new one.
The pro of the new one is the zipper on the cover was moved from the end to one side so it’s easier to take the foam insert out and put it back in. The con of the new one is the foam completely changed and is no longer as firm as it used to me. It’s more like regular soft memory foam that almost completely compresses to nothing. I slept with it a few nights and then just took the cover off and put it on the old foam insert. Would I have paid $25 for just a new cover – probably – but it seems wasteful because I’m not going to use the new insert. It’s not firm enough.

This should really get a 10 star review. I bought this because of some hip pain. Holding out to see the doctor, I decided to buy it. This and one other had the highest reviews all over the internet. I chose this one because of the strap. After my first use of this knee pillow, I can’t believe how well it worked! It was comfortable to sleep with, I slept all night, and woke up without ANY hip pain. I’m a petite person and not overweight; this pillow was the perfect size. It provided the perfect support, not too soft or too firm. Ever since memory foam became a household name, it’s the only products I’ll buy for sleep support. This is the one!
