Well, this did the trick. I had been getting a sore hip and as a side-sleeper, a friend suggested I stick a small pillow between my legs at night. I did that for awhile and when it seemed to help, I thought I should get something made for the job. This is great! Not being a medical professional, I can’t tell you exactly why it helps, but it does. No more sore hip! This pillow is comfortable, and the quilted elastic strap let me hold it in place when I first got it. Eventually I removed the strap (it’s velcroed on) and let the dog-bone design hold the pillow in place by itself. If I roll over, as long as I keep my knees together, the pillow goes with me. The one drawback I’ve noticed is that the pillow tends to get pulls all over it, but they don’t bother me and if that’s the price to pay for a comfortable hip, it’s sure a small one.

The pillow arrives very compressed and takes about a day to reach it’s full size. The elastic band is made for someone with a very large leg so I had to cut that off and replace the velcro. If you also do this, be careful not to make it tight on your leg, just enough to keep it in place without compressing any tissue. It’s holding it’s shape without issue. The fabric is nice and soft against my skin. It took me a couple of nights to get used to it but I hope ultimately it is going to help me get my hips healed up. It does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I bought this knee pillow for my 75-year-old wife who has been struggling with hip pain due to side sleeping. We were hoping it might offer some relief—and it absolutely delivered!
What we loved:
• The Velcro strap is a fantastic feature—it keeps the pillow in place all night without slipping, which was a big issue with other pillows we’ve tried.
• It kept her hips separated just enough to ease the pressure and reduce her pain. Amazingly, she felt a difference after the very first night.
• Because of the reduced pain, she slept more comfortably and had the best night’s sleep she’s had in years.
• The pillow also stayed cool, just like the listing promised.
• It’s the perfect size—large enough to work, small enough to easily set aside when she gets up in the morning.
Minor downside:
It did take a little trial and error to find the right position, but once she figured it out, it was smooth sailing.
Highly recommend this for anyone dealing with side-sleeping hip pain. This little pillow made a big difference for us!

Works well, and is VERY soft which is lovely. Not sure how it will take to the washing machine yet. I do find it gets quite hot on warmer nights

I was wary getting these because I figured something this cheap would be made cheaply, but they exceeded my expectations! They’re extremely comfortable and the cover is soft. I love that it is easily removable too launder. What surprised me most was that the elastic has not worn out in three months since I got it, and really seems made to last. Given it has Velcro attachments, it is adjustable even if it dies begin to stretch. This has alleviated my hip and back pain while sleeping.

Did not help with pain relief for husband, too stiff. It’s A matter of preference really. Wasn’t easy for him to use. He went back to a pillow. Will try something else.

This was the cheapest version that became the answer to my prayers. I’m heavy (278) and that means I have zoftic legs as well. I’ve tried numerous items to alleviate the back strain as a sidelying sleeper. All kept falling from my knee area, landing on the floor- you get the picture- But this is perfect , balanced, secure without too tight elastic annoyance. It has made my sleeping so much more comfortable with less to no morning back strain. It does take a feww nights to accustom oneself to the “creature between yor legs”. Once that happens it is a pleasure to use. It had such a good pricepoint of $10 compared to most other pricepoints. I’m really pleased and highly recommend this item.

It kind of works. place it on the knees to help give them support. Really useful if you have a condition that requires that. Can ease pain and make sleeping easier making you feel more rested. Great and soft +1
Cons
Needs a pillow case. The cover material that comes with it is cheap and since it goes between your legs friction is common causing it to be highly susceptible to pilling very soon after use and guess what that does? Causes irritation since it goes between your thighs. -1
The strap is useless. Great thing to trip on and almost die if you wake up groggy and having to go to the bathroom late at night. Thats if it stays on, which again. The tripping hazard, probably better to take it off on arrival. Not to mention the straps are kept on with Velcro and while I think Velcro is great for shoes now one likes rubbing their face on Velcro. No imagine that with your thighs and you get my point -1
The cover has a zipper with a pointed handle. AGAIN, this thing goes between your legs, knees, thighs WHILE you’re asleep and moving god knows what way. I noticed a sharp pain behind my leg a few days ago and shocked I had a use gash running down it. Took me forever to find out what caused it. Like where int he world did a sharp, NEEDLE like object come into contact in the back of my leg? There I was checking my bed for a needle when I felt something stab my hand while handling this pillow. THE DAMN ZIPPER HANDLE going right between my legs where the injury was. CLIP IT! You will never have to unzip this thing, but getting stabbed in the middle of the night is also not a good thing. -3

I have used leg pillows for over 25 years. Have had multiple back problems and have tightness in my legs normally. Have left popular reviews on other wellness products.
This is my 4th or 5th leg pillow. I ordered this to keep at a place I crash a lot. Having the strap makes this so much better. It stays on overnight. No waking up in the middle of the night and fumbling to find the leg pillow. Plan to order another one soon. Very thankful for this product.
