The concept of this tape is a great idea. The functionality was a little off as the bottom tape on the knee has no stretch. No skin irritation the value of cost was good. The ease-of-use was good. It definitely helped with the pain relief however, after the application, it did not stick very well. I’ve been using these types of tapes for a very long time, and I always wash my area with rubbing alcohol. Even using that this tape still did not stick well. I do recommend it but it’s not a long-term solution meaning three or four days, which is typically what I use with KT tape.

This is a great product. Makes it very easy to get extra support for the knee. However many options with the detailed instructions provided. Easy to use.

I’m not totally sure how to feel about these. They don’t feel as supportive as when I put on regular kt tape, but it does something because my knee felt good while playing soccer. The instructions are vague at best (doesn’t tell you how to position your leg or how much stretch to apply) so you need some knowledge of kin taping. The strip that goes under your knee doesn’t stretch at all, only the pieces that go up around the knee have stretch. Other than that, it offers some support, it’s stayed on well though a soccer game, didn’t peel or lift at the edges, and only had minimal peeling after a shower.

Despite this product being pre-cut and easy to apply, the bad outweighs the good for this product. The instructions are broken English and don’t make much sense. Thank goodness for illustrations. I did get this wet with both a shower and sweat and it stayed on for more than 24 hours but when it came time to remove it, that’s when the problems started appearing. Most of the edges were frayed and it was difficult to pull up. Once I started to remove it, small bits of the adhesive and fabric from the tape stayed on my skin. You can see the level of irritation on my skin (I was pulling as slowly as possible) even after a shower. I had to scrub (firmly!) the remainder of the adhesive off. This has not been my experience with the KT Tape brand. I’ll be returning the remainder of this tape despite its ease of use and pre-cut shape.

Works good but don’t stick well after awhile.

So nice to not have to measure and cut tape every time. My son is heavily into sports, and these are great to keep on hand so he can wrap his knee himself after a tough training session. The precut pieces make it quick and simple, and they stay in place well. A really practical item to have if someone in your house is active.

My physiotherapist used this tape on my knee after surgery and when it wouldn’t stop popping out of place and this was very helpful when I needed to do my knee exercises or walk a lot. I’ve always wanted to be able to recreate this but you’re not supposed to use the tape unless you know what you’re doing.
These pre cut Kinesiology tapes allow you to use it yourself. Photo 1 and 2 show the package it comes in and the instructions which come for different joints but the package is only for a specific joint so make sure you buy the right one. Photo 3 shows how the tape comes. There are 10 pcs. I used one today to test but plan to use in future for when my knee is sliding out of place and/or when I am doing a lot of movement like going to a Girl Guide camp.
I especially wasn’t sure if it would fit my knee as I have a LARGE knee/thigh area. It was easy to put on although I have it a little wrong. Now I know for the next time. Photo 4/5 shows it fitting mostly on my big knee. Next time I know to put parts that go on my thigh straight up a bit and THEN stretch to the side in a criss cross. Practice helps.
Wearing it all day I’d say it made me more aware of my knee (not necessarily good) but it also feels more steady and hasn’t slid out of place at all which is usually does. I think these will be helpful for certain circumstances.

Fantastic idea, poor implementation.
The idea of having these precut designs is great, completely eliminating the guesswork and the need to memorize complicated steps and patterns (if you don’t do this for a living). However, the quality of the adhesive used on this tapes makes them all but decorative. They invariable start peeling off a couple of minutes into any activity that causes your skin to break sweat.

I’m getting over an injury, and it is always nice to get pre-cut tape. Cutting the tape is tedious, and sometimes it can be hard to get good curves on the end. These are easy to use and help with support while healing. I got the beige ones, but they do come in colours from the same vendor.

The tape does help strengthen the knee when I don’t have my brace with me. Sticks pretty well unless it sticks to itself during application, then it looses its stickiness.

Sometimes I can’t wear the typical knee brace and this was a perfect solution. It was easy to place on my knee and felt like it stabilized my knee than without. Just be careful pulling it off of the inside thigh…ouch!!

This product didn’t work for me. I have used KT tape for years for various reasons I was intrigued by the idea of used the customized shapes instead of applying it piece by piece as you do with the strips.
The problem with this tape started with the instructions. They are brief in the extreme and the drawings are not much help. There isn’t even a kneecap drawn on the leg to indicate whether the anchor piece (the horizontal part) is supposed to sit below the kneecap or slightly over it. It matters. The instructions also just say to stretch the vertical pieces and stick them down on the thigh on the opposite side. But the instructions don’t tell you how much to stretch the tape. Is it 100% eg: as far as it will go? Or should you take it back to a 50% stretch or even 25%? That also matters.
What also surprised me was that there was absolutely no information provided on what kind of injury the product was useful for and whether that would then affect the application instructions.
The next issue is that the tape just doesn’t stick or hold up to the friction of having clothes rub up against it. I just wore it doing chores around the house and it started peeling and catching on the inside of my track pants. I have worn other similar products that lasted 3 days of playing in a hockey tournament and didn’t come off until I peeled it off in the shower.
Wish it had’ve worked for me. Good idea but just didn’t perform as expected.

do not like that it does not stick well to the skin and it falls off before the end of day sometimes. not strong its pretty think and very loose
