Item came in the next day, pulled it out and looked over the charging information. Plugged it in and nothing happened, no lights, sounds , anything. Changed cords , still nothing. Changed wall adapter (that it does not come with) and still nothing. Went back over the instructions.
Finally started adjusting the plugs and it lite up for about 3 seconds and then nothing happened. Unplugged it and pressed the on button and it came on for 3-4 minutes and then shut off. Attempted to charging procedure again and still nothing happened. Figured it had a wiring problem and packaged it back up and requested a refund. Will go vet the reviews for the other brands and go from there. My evaluation of this brand is that it is a cheap item and should not be considered.

I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and it’s made a real difference. The heat and massage combo is super relaxing, especially after long days. Love that it’s cordless and easy to use anywhere. Definitely helps with my knee stiffness! wish I got it sooner

My knee popped out a few weeks ago, and the doctor gave me a steroid shot, which helped but it was still feeling bad. My pastor loaned me this knee massager, and I really liked it. It feels good and my knee is getting better. So I had to order one for myself so I could return his. I am using it daily on both knees. I would recommend this to anyone with knee pain.
