Very good!! I love it. Measure if you want an exact fit. Mine is really too big, but still works amazingly 👏! Highly recommend! Im thinking it will actually be more useful being bigger then needed. I can use on my back, shoulder or other areas as needed. Well worth the money! Just put in the freezer and you are ready to go. No ice packs or other inserts. The whole thing is cold all the way around your leg!!

These are great for knees. I love that they are gel like and that they wrap around the whole knee. The elastics are also feast and really hold it securely in place. Feels like a nice icy compression situation. What I don’t love is that it gets warm in about 20 min and the side that faces skin is too cold for bare skin. You have to wrap in a towel or something. It does have a felt lining on the other side (I assume to help retain coldness) but it would be nice if it were on both sides

My mom absolutely LOVED this item! After her knee surgery, she needed a lot of hot/cold therapy round the clock to help with the swelling. These worked perfectly! Love that they have straps to help hold the ice pack on the knee and it’s adjustable. Warning:this thing gets REALLY cold! May need to place a small towel between the ice pack and the knee. Definitely worth buying for knee pain or injury.

Fits well around the knee. Downside is it doesn’t stay cold long at all. I think it would be better if it was thicker or simply would stay cold longer.

The best ice packs for your knees! I have extreme knee pain and these ice packs get really cold and the adjusters keep it in place. I tried a few and these are the best. They are easy to put on and fit on and around your knee! I highly recommend!!
