Nach einer Knieverletzung, und unzähligen Versuchen mein Knie mit kleinen Kühlpacks zu kühlen, die nicht sehr lange hielten, ging ich auf die Suche nach einer Alternative und stieß dabei auf dies Kühlmanschette. Es hält lange kühl, das ganze Knie wird umschlossen und man spürt deutlich Linderung. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Top prodotto molto professionale per il prezzo che costa è un vero affare…..mentre l’ho tenuto su ho veramente provato sollievo dal dolore e molto pratico.
Non bisogna reggerlo che cadono sempre o un continuo spostarlo ma non copre sempre al ginocchio dove hai male…..lo ricomprerei.
Una pecca non si riesce come nelle immagini a farci esercizi o altro ma solo con gamba distesa diciamo un po’ ingombrante

I do have arthritis in my knees and they sometimes have episodes that last 2-3 months. When an episode happens it’s nice to ice the knees.
Wow is it cold. I’ve started putting it in the fridge instead of the freezer. Otherwise I have to wear it over some clothing.
It’s also much larger than I imagined it would be. It will cover a lot of surface area on your knee.
It takes up a lot of freezer space or fridge space. Fortunately it does fold up nicely so you can more easily fit it in.

This is a very nice, quality ice pack wrap. The pack itself is large enough to cover the entire knee, including the sides, the strapping is quite long, stretchy and works really well. The included neoprene cover for insulating the pack on your knee is a very smart idea and sized more than adequately as well. If you are larger and/or have a thicker knee, this should still work for you.
Everything about this is top-notch. It freezes well, wraps well, stitching and overall construction and design is flawless, imo.
The ONLY thing that would make this better, imo, would be if they included a small bag for this for storage. I’m OK with keeping it in the box, but I’d love to be able to throw this two-piece kit into a gym bag or overnight bag, and have it contained in…something.
That said, I’d give more stars if I could. It’s really great in every way. And at only $15 at the time I ordered it, an incredible value for great quality, great construction, and thoughtful design. Def. recommended.

This knee ice pack is really great, although I would say it’s a size S/M. It probably wouldn’t fit for someone with a knee size L or XL. The outer wrap is a great idea, but it barely closes on me, and I’m a 5’5″ woman with a M size knee.
I like that it has a kind of minky soft inside, so it wouldn’t bother your skin. The pictures show people playing basketball or golf with the ice pack on and I don’t think that’s realistic. This is a normal ice pack that straps on. It’s not an icy knee brace. You could also use it on other parts of your body, like your shoulder or back.

This ice pack is a bit bulkier than the pictures suggest, but that’s mostly a good thing. Fresh out of the freezer it’s pretty stiff and hard to walk. It’s segmented so it wraps around the knee pretty easily even when frozen. The velcro straps to secure it are very long, which gives a lot of flexibility in securing the fit.
I didn’t find it too cold against my skin, even straight out of the freezer. The soft inner layer cushions and buffers the cold a bit to make it comfortable. It retains the cold reasonably well, and there’s an included neoprene cover that velcros around it. That should both keep the cold in, as well as make it more comfortable so your other leg isn’t touching the outside.
It’s an adult size but my kids have also used it after a soccer game or a hard run. It’s a little big for them but gets the job done. I think it’s a great value.

This knee ice pack wrap is a great value at the current price of $14.99. I have used countless knee ice treatments, and this wrap ranks toward the top. The things I notice most are the little details. Most ice wraps deliver a cold treament for the targeted area, but this wrap provides the little details which makes it superior to many of its competitors. When in place, the wrap provides a full 360 degree coverage of the intended area. The inner lining of the wrap is a soft, velvety layer which feels great on the skin. This also reduces condensation and mitigates the possibility of cold damage being inflicted on the skin. For those users who want a more significant cold application, the user simply turns the wrap to the other side and the vinyl type material offers a more intense cold application. The wrap has sufficient gel fill to retain the cold, but, in addition, this offering provides an additional cover which affixes via a Velcro type closure to insulate and retain the temperature for a longer treatment. The wrap attaches to the targeted area via two elastic bands which also have Velcro type connection. These permit the user to cutomize the amount of compression desired around the wrap. The single issue which may not be ideal is that the wrap, when in place, is a bit bulky. It is recommended that the user stay stationary or have somewhat limited movement while the wrap is engaged. When in need of intense cold treament for my knee, I tend to stay in place anyway, so the bulkiness of the entirely configured wrap with overlay is not an issue for my purposes. Overall, I am impressed with the design and functionality of this knee wrap. 5 stars.

Functionally it’s great. It very good for cooling and helping with pain/inflammation of my knees from playing tennis. However, it is a little bulky and doesn’t wrap around the knees smoothly like how it’s depicted in the product images. That’s the only complaint I have for it. It’s pretty simple to put on. It works best when I keep my leg straight.
