I am so impressed with the strips!
I am awaiting a knee replacement and for me the relief it brings me is so nice!
Just don’t peel it off ahead of time like I did the first time!…peel it off as you go.

Would give a five but unless you place in exact position as you place on leg, some of edges can roll up. Does give added support and stability to knee and easy to remove. Didnt affect skin at all but I do put lotion on immediately after use to make sure.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
I have a torn ACL after having meniscus surgery. Sometimes the pain is too much to bear. I got this tape for pain relief.
Pain relief:
This helps to stabilize the knee. It’s precut so it’s nice.
Skin irritation:
If you leave it on to long you can get skin irritation.
Durability:
If you put this on correctly it does not come off! Even after showers.

The tape offers good support to my knee for golf. Have not tried for higher impact activities yet. Seems to work well and expect the same when I play volleyball.

I’m absolutely amazed that I have relief from this product, I have literally tried everything & they are never as advertised. I have to have a total knee replacement & am trying to get everything in order so that can be done as there’s a long healing process. In the meantime, I’ve fallen more times than I can count because of this & it keeps getting worse. My son is a Physical Therapist & he recommended this product instead of the plain kinesiology tape which you have to know exactly how to apply or it will do more harm. To my delight, it’s providing the support I desperately need & is extremely comforting .

These save you the hassle and time of cutting regular kinesiology tape to size when you’re needing to use it on your knee. It works well for patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner’s knee), patellar tendonitis (jumper’s knee), or chondromalacia patella. Their images show how to best apply these. The material is the same as all other kinesiology tapes I’ve used in the past and adheres well, assuming you know what you’re doing and don’t over-stretch it or apply it on oiled or sweaty skin.
