Recovering from ACL tear and this product is extremely well made, comfortable wearing and has made such a difference in my swelling that I am more compliant therefore helping me heal faster. It works fine, material facing your skin is soft. Material overall is durable and no leaks. Keeps cold for decentamount of time. However, I thought the ice pack would be 360 degree coverage. It isn’t, but has velcro straps if you want to keep in place. Was decent value for the money.

I was having my second knee replacement and I was looking for an ice pack that would cover the patella and surrounding areas.
This product has been my saviour!
It has 2 sides one with plush for a more gentle cold and the other a plastic cover for deep tissue cold.
I cannot use conventional pain relief and am limited to ice and paracetamol.
I cannot recommend this ice pack highly enough.

Great recovery product.. after playing sports I applied it as per recommended in the instructions leaflet in the package.. next morning I didn’t feel any pair or inflammation that usually felt after playing sports at all.

This is a great product that actually conforms to the shape of my knee. It allows me to walk short distances without having the cold pack slide off of my knee. What a big help for those of us with arthritic knees. The frozen cold pack relieves the intensity of the pain.

The ice wraps are very convenient, allowing me to walk a little without having had to remove them. They stay cold a long time. They are so comfortable that I sometimes fell asleep before taking them off (as doctors instructed not to go to sleep with ice packs on).
The Velcro ties are very strong and totally adjustable to different sized legs.
Only wish it includes a small wrap for the underside of the knee, which is where I get most of the swelling. So I have to supplement this with a small gel pack that fits there.

This is a very well designed product. It arrived well packaged inside a cardboard packaging from the brand itself with the below contents:
1. 2 x ice packs with integrated velcro straps
2. 2 x freezer bags

The build quality feels great right out of the box. The two sides of the ice pack are of a different material – one side feels plush and the other is nylon. The gel filling is compartmentalised to maintain a balance across the pack and is generous (see video) which ensures a great cold compression and the weight feels just right – I’ve used other brands that don’t have enough gel and they don’t have the same effect. The velcro straps are thick and long so definitely feel like they’re built to last. Their length should ensure there’s no issue wrapping it even around the widest part of the leg. The freezer bags have a ziplock but time will tell how long these ziplocks last.
The user manual suggests the below:
Freezing times:-
Less than 4 hours = 10 minutes
4-6 hours = 20 minutes
More than 6 hours = 30 minutes
Recommendation of use:-
The user manual also recommends starting with the plush side for 10 mins and then switching to the nylon side.

I’ve been using it to treat an ankle injury and can’t recommend this enough! It gets rid of inflammation and provides effective relief from pain.

This ice pad is well-constructed, especially its velcro system. Traditional Velcro will fray and fall apart after many close and open. This one is very unique. Hard to describe, but I can see it lasting much longer. It gave my sprained knee good relief. There’s a soft (almost towel-like) side so you don’t get an ice burn. The other side is much colder for a more immediate chill. This is a good investment if you’re into active sports, martial arts, etc.

This ice pack has been a real lifesaver for sore knees and general muscle pain. I liked it so much I bought a few extras to keep around. It’s built well and feels durable, nothing flimsy about it. The pack itself is a bit hefty, which actually helps it stay in place and apply consistent pressure while icing. It’s large enough to cover not only my knee but also my back or shoulders when needed. The cold lasts plenty long for my recovery sessions, and the straps make it easy to secure comfortably.
Bottom Line: Solid, long-lasting, and effective. A dependable ice pack that delivers both weight and relief where it counts.
