These pain patches are cheaper and you get more than the other brands yet they have the same amount of lidocaine and work just as well as the expensive ones. I will never buy the name brand again. These actually stayed on better and I actually got good relief of neck pain. The prescription dose is 5% Lidocaine and insurance will not cover it. I recommend these patches. You get 15 of them and they are the same size 3.9 inches by 5.5 inches. No irritation on skin and easy application.

These lidocaine patches have been a lifesaver for my back pain from working long hours in a warehouse. They are simple to apply and stay in place without peeling, which makes them really easy to use. The size is great for covering sore spots, and they provide lasting relief that helps me get through my shifts.
They have also improved my sleep quality since I can finally rest without constant pain. The box comes with plenty of patches, so it is a solid value. Comfortable, effective, and convenient. These are definitely worth it.

I have a spot on my back that is easily triggered by sitting uncomfortably. I can end up in a lot of pain on long car or plane rides. I’ve used various lidocaine creams in the past but they never seem to really work. I bought these for an international trip that first had a 4-hour car ride, then an 11-hour flight, followed by a 6-hour train ride. These patches were a lifesaver! I would have been miserable without them and plan to always have some on hand, not just for traveling. Only complaint is that they are a little messy to apply, especially when you’re trying to put one on your own back. They stay on pretty well if they are somewhere that is somewhat protected and not rubbing. The level of pain relief far exceeded my expectations. They take about 45 minutes to really start working but keep working for several hours until they start to wear off. I don’t think they work for a full 12 hours as stated, more like 6 hours to where it’s noticeable but it probably depends on the level of pain, location, and type of injury.

I purchased these for my husband and they give him great pain relief. They are a good quality, easy to use and a great size. I have purchase them many times and they are a great value.

I have been using these for months, I get the brand Lidoderm patches from my doctor, however even with insurance they are terribly expensive so I only get one box per month. I use these to supplement the brand patches, you can use 3 at a time as long as it’s 12 hours on – 12 hours off & you experience no skin irritation. The Amazon patch is surprisingly effective for the price point, as with all the generic lidocaine patches they’re 4 % instead of 5% lidocaine but I still get quite a bit of relief. It’s much thinner and flimsier than the brand and flops all over when you try to apply it. The saving grace is that the liner is split down the middle to help prevent it folding in half and sticking to itself. It still happens but it’s usually manageable. It will hurt, and possibly bruise, if you try to yank it off too soon because the adhesive is strong. If you need to remove it early just get it wet, it will make a slimy mess but will eventually slide off. I have included these in my arsenal of non narcotic pain relief, don’t want to go back to that if at all possible. They can be cut to size, and give some basic numbing relief for hours. To apply it in the easiest way possible, give a gentle tug to either side while holding in both hands, the liner will split and make it much easier to apply. Definitely worth a try for muscle and/or joint pain. Don’t do well with sweat, so skip wearing while doing anything strenuous that will cause you to sweat profusely. Otherwise I highly recommend!

They seem to help a little but they don’t stick and they don’t stay in place. They’re very difficult to use and if you are lucky enough to get them in place they won’t stay on for more than two hours, even though it says up to 12 hours.

Patches work pretty good for numbing the pain. I had rotator cuff tendon repair on my shoulder. After 6 weeks, pain was still an issue. I ordered the patches and tried them out. They worked well enough that I could carry on my day without the constant pain. I’ve tried them for sleeping but when I wake up during the night the patches had come loose and were barely attached. When the patches come loose the pain comes back. They need to stick a little better for night time use!

Amazon nailed this product. It’s superior to the Salonpas equivalent and at half the price. These stick better than Salonpas and do just as good of a job at delivering lidocaine. They leave behind practically no sticky gel residue and have caused me no skin discomfort over time. They open easily and apply easily. My experience with Salonpas has been that their gel is goopy and comes off on everything, and the gel stickiness is quite weak – the Amazon gel substance stays in one piece.
