   I just received this belt today so this is not a review on its effectiveness yet. I will update after I have some experience using it. First, everyone should know that it does not come with a size extension which was not claimed to be included in the description. I hoped there would be one because others I considered did include an extension. I wear women’s size 14-16 pants and if this was any smaller i would not be able to use it. It is about 2 1/2 to 3 inches shorter in length than described. However the added thickness where the lights and vibration mechanics are, probably account for the shorter length. I can’t imagine that many men could use this. It came about 33% charged and I did try it out just to see if everything worked. It did. It took several tries to get the hang of the controls. Once you get it set to your desired settings be sure to lock it because barely brushing across the control buttons will change it. I tried it for a few minutes but can’t say anything about the heat function because I didn’t have it against bare skin. In my research on red light therapy I learned that it must be against bare skin for the red light to penetrate and be effective. The vibration message is not very strong at level 3 but it is comfortable and I think that it is intended to enhance the effectiveness of the red light therapy. The vibration, though not strong was actually soothing and relaxing. I will review again after using it for a couple of weeks on bare skin. I tried it on my lower back which was a little achy and the vibration alone seemed to give some relief in the short time I used it. I have several areas on my body that I plan to use it on. This comes with a nice soft draw string storage bag.

   Battery life is terrible. I’ve only had it a month and the battery lasts just over one use before it needs charging.
   Delivery was very slow to UK too.

   I am in my 30s and my knees have started hurting after running or after any kind of sports activity. This knee massager really made a difference. It helped with my knee pain. The massage is gentle but effective. The red light therapy is also beneficial. It comes with a manual that explains about the red light being used and its benefits. The massager itself is not that bulky and takes little storage space. It is wireless which makes it comfortable to use as I can easily place it in the pain area without having to deal with wires. The various massage modes and intensity levels adds variation so that I can pick my desired configurations. It is a good purchase and also a great gift idea.

   I typically don’t write reviews but I Absolutely love this red light therapy knee brace! The combination of heat, red light, and gentle vibration provides incredible relief and comfort after long days or workouts.     I bought this for my mom because she’s been suffering from knee pain. I did a lot of research and even tried one from a local store, but it was uncomfortable, and my mom refused to use it, so I returned it. Then one of my coworkers recommended this Brace, and I’m so glad I ordered it! My mom really likes it. She says it’s comfortable, easy to use, and actually helps with her pain. Also a quality seems pretty good too. The heat and vibration massage features are especially soothing for her. Definitely worth it!
