   I’ve read excellent things about Beta Glucan, a natural compound that’s been well studied for supporting immune health, heart health, steady energy and for helping balance cholesterol, blood sugar, and overall wellness. It seems like a smart choice for anyone exploring ways to support muscle, bone, and joint health as they age. This supplement gives me extra peace of mind and additional confidence and control on my health journey.

   I’m in my mid-50s and have been taking this supplement for about 10 days. I’m genuinely impressed with the results so far. I had been struggling with golf elbow for a while and tried various remedies without success. After about 7 days of taking Polycan, my golf elbow pain seems to be disappearing. As an unexpected bonus, I’ve also noticed improvement in my bowel movements.
   As someone who works out regularly but has been struggling to gain muscle strength and size, I’m looking forward to seeing if this supplement will help improve my muscle resistance and strength over time. I’ll try to update this review after a few more weeks of use.
   So far, I’m very pleased with this product and plan to continue using it. If you’re over 50 and dealing with joint issues or looking to support your fitness goals, it’s definitely worth trying.

   I’m in my mid-50s and have been taking this supplement for several weeks now. I’m genuinely impressed with the results. In my initial review, I mentioned my golf elbow was starting to improve after about 7 days – I’m thrilled to report that the pain has now completely disappeared!
   Even more impressive is how this supplement has enhanced my workout experience. I definitely feel stronger during my training sessions, and the post-workout muscle and joint pain I used to experience has significantly diminished. As I mentioned before, I’ve also noticed improvement in my bowel movements, which continues to be an unexpected but welcome benefit.
   As someone who works out regularly and had been struggling to gain muscle strength and size, this product has exceeded my expectations. The difference in how I feel is remarkable compared to before I started taking it.
   If you’re over 50 and dealing with joint issues or looking to support your fitness goals, I highly recommend giving this supplement a try. I plan to continue using it as part of my daily regimen. Definitely worth the investment for anyone looking to maintain an active lifestyle as they age!

   Just got my first bottle of 40+ and I’m ready for less pain in my neck and shoulders, faster workout recovery, and more days where I want to work out. Yes… I work out! 😉 Just not as much as I’d like. Here’s to moving pain-free—and maybe showing off a few victory stretches. I really believe it’s already working from day one!

   This is a simple Beta Glucan pill. Beta Glucan is known for its potential health benefits, including lowering cholesterol, improving blood sugar management, and boosting immune function. Why the manufacturer of this product would call it 40+ Muscle Bone Joint support, is beyond me. It is what it is. It provides a full gram of Beta Glucan per 2 pill serving and it can be purchased on price alone. It is okay on that basis.

   I am very happy I came across this product. I’m 66 and continue to work out and ride my bike. As I’ve gotten older my joints and muscles take longer to bounce back. I’ve been searching for something that specifically addresses age-related muscle loss, and this is the first supplement I’ve come across that’s actually backed by real clinical research. The fact that 40+ clinical studies support its effectiveness gives me a lot of confidence. I’ve just started taking it and I’m anxious to see what kind of results I get. I’m adding this to my regime and expecting this to help me stay strong, build muscle, and keep my joints and bones healthy for a long time. My wife is 59 and has been taking bone/joint supplements for a while and will be switching over to the 40+ as well.

   I’m so glad I found this product. I’ve been trying to shed a few pounds after the holidays, but at my age one of my biggest concerns is losing muscle along with the fat. 40+ helps me keep the muscle I have while also supporting my bones and joints. Best part is, it really seems to work. I’ve dropped most of the weight I set out to lose and feel great at the same time. Stronger than ever, even at 52. I highly recommend.

   This supplement contains a nice amount of fermented B-Glucans, which can have many positives and health benefits.
   As you can see from my pictures, the bottle did have its safety seal but was lacking a freshness seal which lowers it in quality for me. The capsules do have an odor to them, but were easily taken with food.
   I haven’t noticed any ill side effects nor have I noticed many differences in my health in the weeks I’ve been taking them. Supplements can take time, so I know to be patient but so far it hasn’t been effective.
   Overall, this has stamps for quality on the bottle but I believe is overpriced.
