I’ve been taking Osteoprime Ultra for about three months, at the recommendation of my OB/GYN. She takes it as well.
I can’t say I’ve noticed anything yet. I’m mid-60s with osteopenia. Bone scan not till next year So I won’t know if this vitamin is beneficial until then.
However, I have observed a side effect of constipation, almost daily. Anyone else have this side effect?
