But they’re only one months worth at six capsules a day, which is the recommended adult dosage. That’s way more than I can stomach, and I’m small relative to the average adult, so I’ve settled on four— two with my coffee in the morning, two with dinner. They haven’t caused me any problems whatsoever, and my knees MIGHT be less grumpy lately. My skin and nails need all the help they can get, so I’m glad to be taking these. At least I’m trying. I’ll continue to take these faithfully, and if I think there’s even a hint of my nails being stronger or wrinkles mysteriously unwrinkling, I’ll order more. I like that they’re non-GMO but I wish they were made in the US.

This seems like a high quality supplement. I like that most of the ingredients is the good stuff… the bone marrow, versus the somewhat vague bone matrix (meal?) and cartilage. And more importantly, they are explicit about what that mix is vs some other brands that have the same ingredient list, but are very nebulous about how much if each is included.
The serving size is 6 pills, which is standard for a 3 gram serving of organs. Yes, it is a lot of pills but splitting the serving at breakfast and lunch seems to ease that particular pain. The pills themselves are easy to take.
Benefits? Well, marrow is more of a long term supplement. You likely won’t see immediate benefits, but they should build over time. If you are interested in those benefits, this is a good supplement to try because the cost is very reasonable (compared to other brands). I will probably go through a full 90 days to see how I feel.
Good quality, Decent Price. Give it a shot.

I like to use these in an unconventional way. I’ll pour out some powder from a capsule and mix it with a skin serum and apply it to my face topically. As weird as it sounds it has done wonders for my skin. My best guess is it works like an overnight collagen mask. I do this almost nightly and my skin has never looked better. This is coming from someone who used to drop hundreds on skincare a month. Unconventional but I recommend giving it a shot.

I like that there are no fillers and this seems like a pretty “clean” supplement. The capsules are easy for me to swallow and no adverse effects result. The price seems very reasonable. I do feel like they are helpful to me, but I hesitate to give very much more information since they can be very particular at times on here when it comes to approving supplement reviews.

I’ve been using these and while I haven’t seen a major change yet, I like so far. However, to manage the six pills a day, I split them into three in the morning and three at night, which makes it more manageable and saves room for an actual breakfast. 😉 The ingredients on the label are clearly listed, which I appreciate.
The supplement is rich in collagen and essential minerals, which I believe supports my bone, skin, and joint health. It’s also reassuring to know that it’s sourced from grass-fed cattle. For the price and the quality, it seems like a solid choice for overall wellness.
