BSK –
Great product, helped with both mine and my husbands leg cramps

Works as they should. I love the fact that they have the 500 MG strength. I have to take 1000 MG per day, so this allows me to take just 2 pills. Most stores do not carry the 500 MG which means having to swallow more pills.
Good effective brand, perfect strength, and a good value.

i do a lot of sport and now, particularly with the hot season, i started to feel cramps.
After I started to take these pills of magnesium, cramps stopped in a matter of 48 hours.
extremely effective, in my opinion

I’ve been using Nature’s Bounty High Potency Magnesium Oxide and it has been a solid addition to my daily routine. The large 16.9 oz size makes it a great value since it lasts a long time. I like that it provides a high potency dose, which helps support muscle function and overall wellness.
The powder mixes easily, though I recommend blending it well with water or juice to avoid a chalky taste. It’s also reassuring that Nature’s Bounty is a trusted brand when it comes to vitamins and supplements.
If you’re looking for an effective and affordable magnesium source, this product is definitely worth considering.

Great product like that it’s 500mg where most are less. Easy to swallow and work great.

I am a migraine sufferer and my neurologist has me take magnesium twice a day as part of my medication regimen. This is an inexpensive way to do that and exactly the milligrams I’m supposed to take.

I’ve been taking this Magnesium Oxide 500mg daily and it’s really helped with muscle cramps and relaxation after workouts. I also like knowing it supports my heart, nerves, and bones. The tablets are a little big, but easy enough to swallow with water. Overall, it’s a great supplement that I feel has made a positive difference.

This supplement is incredible and really great quality. I had to switch to a gluten-free diet last year and it completely changed how my body was functioning. I was struggling in a lot of ways and this supplement alone has changed everything. I tried so many different types of supplements to help with my nutrition changes. Now I sleep like a rock, my brain fog is gone, my entire body is regulated, I have energy, astonishingly no PMS symptoms, no migraines (!) and no cravings. I am taking 1,000 mg in the evening. This was the secret ingredient that gave me my life back, I am so grateful!
