Works as they should. I love the fact that they have the 500 MG strength. I have to take 1000 MG per day, so this allows me to take just 2 pills. Most stores do not carry the 500 MG which means having to swallow more pills.

I’ve been taking this Magnesium Oxide 500mg daily and it’s really helped with muscle cramps and relaxation after workouts. I also like knowing it supports my heart, nerves, and bones.
