It gives great support. The tape is kinda hard to work with at first but once you figure it out- it’s good. The downside is the tape is super sticky and can be kinda hard on your skin when you try to remove it and it will leave a residue.

Once I finally get it placed, it works well and gives me pain relief and stability in my knee, but it is not easy to apply (without it getting stuck to itself and being very crooked) and is time consuming to get it right. Although “waterproof” when I take a shower it peels right off, whereas my normal KT strips will last for days, including after showering. The idea is good, but once I use all of these strips, I will go back to buying normal pre-cut strips of KT tape, they are much quicker and easier to apply, and less frustrating.

These tapes are like magic!! My knee pain is hardly noticeable and my husband is now using them. He thought he was going to have to have the surgery and now doesn’t need to, the pain is almost gone. They are comfortable and dry quickly after a shower. We get on average a weeks worth of wear per application. They are sticky, so apply carefully or the product will stick together as nd you will have to use another precut tape.

This very much worked for helping support my knee and the way it was cut made application very easy but the adhesive gave me a bad reaction. You have no fear of this coming off either; it really sticks to your skin.

I have lousy knees – a genetic problem of torn cartilage that can be quite painful at times. I have used a heavy knee brace for a number of years but it doesn’t work as well as I hoped. After seeing a woman using Kinesiology tape on her knee I decided to try it. Happy day, it works! I don’t know how a thin piece of tape can work better than a sturdy brace, but it does. My knee feels more stable, and little to no pain going up and down stairs. My ortho doc only wants to give me a steroid shot – refuses to do arthroscopic surgery to remove torn cartilage (he actually said “old people complain because it doesn’t stop the tearing”). This tape gives me relief while I look for a new doctor. The tape is easy to apply – tear at the perforations and only remove one piece of backing paper at a time, don’t stretch the tape. I wore my first piece for 3 days to see if it would stick as others complained about it coming off. I had no problem, even when it was wet from showering. One corner did come loose but I cut it off – problem solved. Since it happens each time I’m thinking the glue might not be as strong on that one section for some reason. Even after wearing for 3 days the tape was easy to remove and I had no adverse skin reaction. The tape is thin but I haven’t tried other brands so I can’t testify if it’s thinner or thicker than other brands, but it works for me. I also find the cost is fair and in keeping with other brands.

Great purchase. It’s always hard to do taping on. yourself and figure out where to cut for most effect. This well designed tape cutout is easy to use and stays on well. Is gentle for sensitive skin.
