This has been so effective. I have been taking it for 2 weeks and noticed a huge difference. I work out regularly and my knees were starting to bother me. I bought glucosamine, and condroiton without the MSM in it and it did not work, so I went back to osteobiolex, and within 3 days, some of my aches and pains in my back were gone good product, I will continue to use it. I could not.
