I have been taking this Bone supplement for years. It’s good as it has a calcium type,”MCH” that is easily absorbable plus lots of other minerals that help for the MCH calcium to go to the bones instead of soft tissues like your heart and arteries.
I only take 2 in the morning & 2 in the evening. I also take extra Vitamin D3, Magnesium & Extra Boron. I recently had a Cat scan for a Heart Calcium score & it was very low. I think that it all depends on the type of calcium you take & what other minerals & vitamins you take along a good quality calcium.
I can’t really rate it for thickness or sheerness? But I will say it’s easy to take as they are caps not tabs, Thank God!
Edit on Dec 18/20. Just wanted to add that since I started taking these in the evening, 2 after dinner & 2 in the+middle of the night if I wake up, I started sleeping much better & waking up more rested. I will continue to purchase it. Wish they would offer better prices! Hint, hint! 🙂

Used this after my SIL had foot surgery. His doc wanted him on a bone supplement and this is what we chose. His healing was ahead of schedule!

I think they work fantastic. My bone scan shows big improvements. In addition I take strontium two hours apart and just once a day. Do your exercise, don‘t smoke!

I think it’s a really good formulation for the price honestly

I have to take calcium and vitamin D for a health problem. I had surgery a year ago and 3.5 of my parathyroids had to be removed. I chose this brand in Bone Strength because other supplements are included like vitamin C which I also need.. I’m pleased with it. No stomach upset or constipation issues with it. I know that my calcium and vitamin D levels are staying at normal levels because I’ve had numerous blood tests due to my health issue. I highly recommend this brand as it is reasonably priced, has proven results, and at 4 per day, it lasts a while for me.

Love these! I don’t take a lot of supplements, but I started taking this one about a year ago in preparation for a spinal fusion. My surgery was 11 months ago, and I’ve recovered nicely. I’m sure a lot of the credit is due to my amazing surgeon, but I will give some to this supplement. My first spinal fusion was at age 14 for scoliosis, and it took a long time to heal. I wasn’t allowed to run or jump for a year, and I distinctly remember my bones feeling achy many months after surgery. This time, I decided to take a supplement as I reasoned that I’m not making bone as fast as when I was younger (I’m 33 now). Even my surgeon was impressed with how quickly I recovered. 4 months after surgery, I enrolled in a nursing assistant class and finished the class and clinicals without any problems. By 7 months post-surgery, I was working full-time as a CNA, bending, lifting, and assisting patients. I’m still taking this daily and will probably continue for another 6 months or so.
