I started taking the Ultra Omega-3 by NOW Foods because it had been recommended to me by my physician. I can definitely see an improvement in my alertness, and my attention to detail. I highly recommend this product.

I recently started taking Now Foods Ultra Omega-3 500 EPA/250 DHA, and I am extremely pleased with the results so far. These softgels have proven to be a valuable addition to my daily supplement regimen.
First and foremost, the quality of this product is evident. Now Foods has a reputation for producing high-quality supplements, and these Ultra Omega-3 softgels are no exception. The purity and potency of the omega-3 fatty acids are reassuring, and I feel confident in their effectiveness.
The ratio of 500 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) to 250 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is excellent for overall health. EPA and DHA are known for their numerous benefits, including support for cardiovascular health, brain function, and reducing inflammation. I’ve noticed a positive impact on my overall well-being since incorporating these softgels into my routine.
The softgel form is convenient and easy to swallow. There’s no unpleasant aftertaste or fishy burps, which can be a common issue with some omega-3 supplements.
The 180-count bottle provides a generous supply, ensuring that I don’t run out quickly and allowing for continuous use without frequent restocking.
In summary, Now Foods Ultra Omega-3 500 EPA/250 DHA softgels are a high-quality and effective source of essential fatty acids. They offer numerous health benefits, are easy to take, and come in a convenient supply size. I highly recommend these softgels to anyone looking to improve their overall health and well-being through omega-3 supplementation.

Delivers high-quality EPA (500mg) and DHA (250mg) in each soft gel, supporting brain and heart health. Its enteric coating minimizes fishy aftertaste, making it easy to consume. Non-GMO, gluten-free, and Halal-certified, this supplement is ideal for maintaining overall wellness. A reliable choice for those seeking potent Omega-3 benefits in a convenient and trusted formula.

High-quality product that does what it’s supposed to. The capsules are a good size, not too large to swallow. I rarely have experienced the “fish burps,” which is a huge plus. The value for the number of capsules you get is excellent. It doesn’t get five stars only because I wish the capsules were slightly smaller, but that’s a minor personal preference. Definitely recommend for a daily supplement.

I have been using Now Foods – Ultra Omega-3 500 EPA/250 DHA for several months now, and I can confidently say that it’s one of the best omega-3 supplements I’ve ever used. The softgels are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste, which makes them convenient and enjoyable to take. I appreciate the fact that this supplement is made with high-quality ingredients and is free from harmful contaminants like mercury and PCBs. I’m confident that this supplement is helping to support my heart and brain health as well. Overall, I highly recommend Now Foods – Ultra Omega-3 500 EPA/250 DHA to anyone looking for a high-quality omega-3 supplement that delivers excellent results.

I trust this brand, as their products are third party-tested and certified, which is especially important for Omega-3 supplements that can easily go rancid and cause more harm than good. The other thing I like about these is that they do not taste or smell fishy, nor do they cause “fish burps.” They are also loaded with 700 mg of DHA/EPA omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, so I only have to take two each day to get my daily dose. Most of the time, fish oil capsules contain far less omega-3, or cost far more.

Love this one, you get the essential vitamin but no fishy aftertaste like in other brands. Easy to swallow, but it’s a big pill so beware. I might get a subscription for my gym stack vitamins. Great value overall

These work well for me. Now is one of my favorite brands.
No fishy after taste. Helps me remember things better.
One of my drs told me to take 3000 mgs fish oil to bring tryglycerides down. So bought thus and have been taking about 3 yrs. Usually take 1-2 capsules.
Helps also with stiff joints.
