High-quality product that does what it’s supposed to. The capsules are a good size, not too large to swallow. I rarely have experienced the “fish burps,” which is a huge plus. The value for the number of capsules you get is excellent. It doesn’t get five stars only because I wish the capsules were slightly smaller, but that’s a minor personal preference. Definitely recommend for a daily supplement.

I trust this brand, as their products are third party-tested and certified, which is especially important for Omega-3 supplements that can easily go rancid and cause more harm than good. The other thing I like about these is that they do not taste or smell fishy, nor do they cause “fish burps.” They are also loaded with 700 mg of DHA/EPA omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, so I only have to take two each day to get my daily dose. Most of the time, fish oil capsules contain far less omega-3, or cost far more.

Love this one, you get the essential vitamin but no fishy aftertaste like in other brands. Easy to swallow, but it’s a big pill so beware. I might get a subscription for my gym stack vitamins. Great value overall

One of my drs told me to take 3000 mgs fish oil to bring tryglycerides down. So bought thus and have been taking about 3 yrs. Usually take 1-2 capsules.
Helps also with stiff joints.
